Twelve - Please, stay

Reupload count: 4 , sorry for the fact that this part just keeps on coming and going randomly. My wattpad(and likely everybody elses) was an ass yesterday and today. I had to write this chapter entirely again.
I also ended up losing my artbook because apparently I had it on other device and that device had not give me permission to update the book, so it got deleted, ok. Thanks wattpad. I'll make a new today.

~ 8th of September ~

"Link..?" Zelda mumbled half asleep when she noticed that he wasn't next to her. She slowly sat up. She yawned and wondered where he could've gotten this early. She walked out of their room to the kitchen. She saw Link sitting at the table, crying, hands covering up his face Zelda could see tears falling down his face. She rushed to him. "What is the matter?" She tried to comfort him.

Link broke down to her arms. "My beautiful, dear Zelda." He cried.

Zelda didn't say anything, she looked at Link saddened. Then she noticed a letter on the center of the table, she picked it up and tried to read it, but it was written in German. "What.. What does this say?" She then asked carefully.

Link raised his head up a bit. "That I... I need to leave you again.."

With widened eyes and frozen face Zelda looked at him shocked. "N-no.." She said.

"They noticed I'm gone, they know I am not dead, they want me back.." Link nodded as his tears ran down his face like a river's flow.

"I won't accept that." Zelda insisted. "You are not going no matter what."

Link stood slowly up. "Zelda, I'm sorry, b-but I have to go.." He walked to the hall and sighed as he grabbed his jacket from the stand and put it on.

Zelda followed him angrily. "You're telling me you need to leave soon, and five seconds later you're walking out of the door?!" She pointed her index finger right at Link. "I don't think so." She spat.

"Miel, Zelda, you don't understand the situation." Link explained and grabbed Zelda's hand. "The Germans have left France, for now, and they are moving to another countries, I have to go!"

"So you're telling me, that you want to make even more people suffer than you've already managed to? How could you!?" Zelda yelled. "Think about me! Think about your family! Think about your sons..!"

Link closed his eyes painfully and then opened them up again wiping tears off them. "Always." He said quietly. "I'll always think of you, you are my family, you are my everything."

Zelda looked at him uncertain and thn she sighed as well. "Why are we such an emotional family?" She curved a smile to her pale face.

Link looked at her surprised and then laughed. "We're going through alot." He then closed her into a tight hug. "I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too.." Zelda shed a tear. "Please... Stay.."

"I'll see you again, this is not good-bye, I promise." Link then whispered.

"I.. How long will you be gone?" Zelda asked quietly.

"I can't tell. I'll be back before March." Link smiled running his hand through Zelda's hair.

"Good.." She said. "But Link... Can you atleast promise me this.. No matter what happens on your journey, don't try to do anything... Out of your league, please. Just come home safely."
