"You know," Stiles spoke up as they shut the doors to the Jeep and headed towards the school, "I didn't hear you come in last night.." Blaire adjusted her backpack on her shoulders and cleared her throat as her brother came up beside her.
"I happen to be quite stealthy, in case you haven't noticed." She said with a shrug as they walked. Blaire knew that if she told Stiles the truth, that some strange man whom she didn't remember much about brought her home that he would flip out, so she thought it best to keep that detail to herself. Stiles scoffed.
"Not stealthy enough to evade the animal that attacked you." Blaire rolled her eyes. "By the way, what was it that bit you? I'm assuming you saw it." Blaire opened her mouth to answer just as she caught Scott's gaze.
"Scottie!" She yelled as they got closer. Scott offered her a small smile and opened his arms for a hug.
"Watch my side." He said softly. She chuckled as she carefully wrapped her arms around him.
"Only if you watch my arm." She sighed into his shoulder. "I'm glad you're okay though." They pulled apart and he quirked a brow at her.
"Apparently whatever bit you attacked my sister, too." Stiles spoke up beside them. "Okay, let's see this thing." He said to Scott. Scott slowly pulled up his shirt and revealed a large patch of gauze pads covering almost his entire hip, making Blaire and Stiles gasp in stereo. Stiles reached out to touch it but Scott quickly jerked away and pulled his shirt back down.
"Where did you get bit B?" Scott asked as he looked over at her. She carefully pulled her arm out of her jacket sleeve and pulled up the sleeve of her t shirt where her bicep was covered in gauze. Stiles' jaw dropped.
"Is that my shirt?" He exclaimed. "My favorite shirt!?" Blaire rolled her eyes and put her jacket back on.
"I was attacked by a wild animal and you're worried about the shirt I'm wearing." She patted him on the shoulder. "Thanks bro, love you too." Stiles huffed angrily and looked back towards the school while the three of them walked towards the entrance.
"It was too dark to see much, but I'm pretty sure it was a wolf." Scott recalled, rethinking about the events from last night. Blaire nodded.
"Yea that's what I saw too, a black wolf."
"A wolf bit you two?" Stiles said with disbelief. Scott and Blaire both nodded and Stiles scoffed. "No, not a chance." Blaire and Scott both looked over at Stiles, who was walking between them.
"I heard a wolf howling." Blaire said and Scott nodded his head.
"So did I."
"No you didn't." Stiles said matter-of-factually. Blaire scoffed.
"And how would you know dumbass? You weren't even there when it happened." She argued.
"Yea I know what I heard, Stiles." Scott retorted.
