1. Frequently cut off dead ends.
2. Brush your hair often.
3. Eat a lot of proteins.
4. Avoid using heated styling tools often.

8. Don't take hot showers. (Bonus: helps with skin, too!)
9. Sleep on a silk pillowcase.
10. Flip your hair upside down for two to four minutes daily.
11. Try to stay stress free (easier said then done, I know, but stress can cause hair to stop growing and fall out.)
12. Always use conditioner after shampooing.
13. Don't put your hair in a towel hat to dry, it can cause breakage.
14. Don't brush your hair when it's wet.
15. Don't dye, bleach, or chemically straighten your hair.
16. Stay hydrated.
17. Use hair masks, we recommend Coconut butter.
18. If you use hair masks, make sure to rinse them out well.
