His Temporary Girlfriend... Or not. [HIATUS]

☆ Chapter 3 ☆

Minah is an early bird. She's up at around 5am to fix herself for school. While combing her hair after taking a warm bath, she turned her music player on to listen to the morning radio. After wearing her sneakers, she sprinted to the kitchen to make some breakfast. As she was about to take her first bite on the sandwich she made, the doorbell rang. She blinked and looked at the clock. "5:50am? Who would even want to pay me a visit this early..." Minah groaned as she placed her sandwich down and headed to open the door. "JR? Why are you here?"

"Aigoo~ You already forgot that we'll be going to school today?" JR snickered as he went inside after Minah opened the door a bit wider for him.

"Oh right!" Minah gave herself a face palm as she laughed. "I sorta forgot about that. Did you had breakfast already?"

"Uhm... I did!" JR responded with a lively aura but just on cue, his stomach grumbled and much to his dismay, Minah heard it and tried to stifle her giggle.

"Your stomach says otherwise, JR~ Come in. I made sandwiches. Join me eat~"

JR looked around Minah's apartment. "You have a good place Minah~"

"Thank you! I feel like renovating this though when I have enough money~" Minah beamed as she prepared another plate of bacon and cheese sandwich for JR and a glass of grape juice on the table.

"Naaah~ It's actually nice and simple. I like this kind of look for my place someday~"

Minah laughed softly and waved her hand. "Stop gawking around in the living room. Come here so we can eat~"

"Oh! My bad~" JR rubbed his nape shyly while entering the kitchen and occupying the seat in front of Minah.

After he finished eating, JR took the chance to clean up the used plates and glasses while Minah grabbed her bag in her room. "JR, hey~ You done?" Minah blinked as she peeked in the kitchen. "Yes~ Let's go? I'll introduce you to my friends at school~"

"Really?" Minah grinned with full of sunshine brightness. "Are they nice?"

"Of course. You'll love them as well~" JR playfully winked as they rode a bus to Pledis Academy.

Upon arriving, the both of them saw 4 boys---wait. 3 boys and 1 girl? Damn! The other one looks prettier than the other girls! Minah felt that her self esteem went low upon seeing that student. The tallest of them all had prominent fox-like eyes and 'm' shaped lips which Minah found it to be quite attractive. The blonde one seemed like he's not a full blooded Korean and the manliest of them has the same eye smile like Minah, contrary to his body figure. "Aron hyung! Minhyun! Baekho! Ren!" JR called out which startled Minah.  The 4 boys turned to the direction where JR is and got surprised upon seeing Minah. "Dude! Girlfriend?!" The pretty one exclaimed with wide eyes.

"No Ren and who are you calling dude? I'm older than you."

'So the pretty one's name is Ren...' Minah thought to herself.

"Who is she? She's really pretty~" The blonde one whistled.

'Aron hyung, she's a friend of my sister and don't hit on her please~"

'And the blonde one goes by the name Aron...' Minah nodded.

The one with the same eye smile like Minah followed a small complain. "How are we gonna know her name if the both of you are bombarding them her with questions?" Then he rolled his eyes and turned to Minah. "Hey! Your name, Miss?"

Minah laughed while covering her mouth with the back of her hand. "Minah imnida~"

"Minah? Such a pretty name. Calm me Baekho. And these two are---"

"Ren and Aron." Minah grinned. "Nice to meet you!"

Minah noticed that the tall guy was slightly farther from where they are. She saw that this one rolled his eyes in disgust when Ren gave her a friendly hug. "Hey Minhyun. Why don't you introduce yourself?" Minah heard Aron say. 'So his name is Minhyun. It's a nice name. Matches his handsome face~'

Minhyun approached Minah with a poker faced expression and cold tone. Minah raised her eyebrow but shrugged it off and greeted Minhyun with a bright tone. "Hi! Hwang Minah imnida!" Then she extended her hand out, hoping for a handshake from the latter.

"The name's Minhyun." Was all Minhyun said as he shook Minah's hand without interest. Minah made a face as the said boy left immediately.

"Well, that was rude." Minah shook her head as well. "Too bad. Your friend's handsome but I don't like his attitude."

"I'm sorry. He's just like that every time he meets someone new. But he's really nice~" Baekho apologized on Minhyun's behalf. Minah just smiled and waved her hand.

"Naaah~ It's okay~ I understand but he just left a bad impression on me."

The bell rang for the first time. They should get to their classrooms before the second one rings. "Minah~ Where's your classroom?" Aron asked quickly.

"Class 4-B!"

Ren and Baekho blinked. "W-why are you blinking?" Minah asked as she noticed the two.

"D-don't mind them. Go to your class now and I'll see you at lunch time, alright?" JR smiled softly and Minah smiled back and sprinted to her classroom. She was thinking why Ren and Baekho were blinking when she mentioned her classroom. Upon entering, she knew immediately the answer to her question.

Minah tried to ignore someone and just occupied her seat and unfortunately, next to the person who she's been trying to ignore. The proctor entered and the other students went back to their seats. When the proctor opened his book, he scanned the room in search for something, or better-someone. "Where is Hwang Minhyun?"

Minah almost had her jaw fell to the floor. 'He holds the same surname as me?!'

Minhyun raised his hand. "Here, seonsaengnim!"

"Kindly go in front and introduce yourself, lad."

Minhyun did what he was told. Before making his introduction, Minah swore she saw Minhyun deliver a smirk at her direction. Minah made a face and pretended to listen to Minhyun's introduction. "Annyeong haseyo~" Minhyun started with a bit of Busan accent.
