~The Wolf Spirit~{Spirited Away} ON HOLD

Ch. 4 Love

It was now an early morning and the workers of the bath house were all asleep. Yuki was sleeping in a quiet and warm room in the bath house. Haku mentioned to her that he was going to take Sen out to see her parents early this morning. Yuki just hoped that Sen would be alright.

~With Sen~

While Sen was trying to sleep Haku quietly came into the room where she slept along with the other female workers. He said that he would meet her at the bridge so that he could take her to her parents. As soon as he left Sen changed to her workers outfit and went through the secret pathway, the one that Yuki guided her to get in the bath house without being noticed.Sen dropped by the boiling room to get her shoes where she left them.

As soon as the sootballs gave Sen her shoes back, she ran to the door waving to the sootballs. She soon reached outside where it was day time and was about to cross the bridge until she saw a familiar spirit. As she crossed the spirit watched her. When Sen was off the bridge she saw that the spirit was gone.Haku came up to her telling her to follow him. They went through gardens and reached a farm looking place where her parents were held.

Haku warned Sen that she mustn't come here without him or Yuki. They were in the barn and all they saw were pigs. Sen ran up trying to see which ones were her parents. But she didn't know which ones they were. Haku said it was up to her to see which ones they could be. Sen yelled out to them not to get any fatter or the people will eat them and then ran out.Sen was crouched down with her head facing down her folded arms which were on top of her legs. Haku reached in his kimono and gave her her old clothes back.

"I thought they'd been thrown away?" Sen said. "You'll need them to get home" Haku said as he sat next to Sen. Sen pulled out a card that was in her old clothes. "My good bye card is still here. Chi-hiro. Chihiro, thats my name isn't it?" Sen asked. Haku nodded. "That's how Yubaba controls you. By stealing your name. So hold on to that card. Keep it hidden. And while your here you must call yourself Sen""I can't believe I forgot my name. She almost took it from me." Sen said. "If you completely forget your name you will never be able to find your way home. I've tried everything to remember mine." Haku said as he looked on straight ahead.

"You can't remember your name?" Sen asked. "No...." Haku said. Sen then thought for a second then her face lit up as she remembered. "Haku?" Sen asked as Haku looked at her. "What is it?" he asked. "Is it true that Yuki was a human?" Sen asked.This caused Haku to have a little sadness on his face. "Yes.... she was." "What happened to her?" Sen asked worried. Haku was silent but looked back at Sen. "She came to this world like you did. She was lost and as soon as nightfall came she started to disappear. I managed to rescue her on time. She was given a job by Yubaba as one of her assistants and I was the other assistant, but Yubaba wanted to try something different with her. That's how Yuki is now a wolf"Haku explained while Sen looked slightly surprised.

"What about her real name? Do you know it?" Sen asked. "No... I didn't get a chance to ask her before she turned into a wolf...." Haku then looked in a daze and Sen saw this. "You really care about her don't you?" Sen asked as Haku looked at Sen again. "Yes I do..... and the thing is I.... love her i guess." Haku said in a semi sad tone. Sen's eyes widen a bit but this made her happy. "You love her?" Haku nodded and went back to his daze look.

"When I first saw her.... I fell in love for her... she was beautiful...." Haku said as a sweet small smile came on his face making Sen smile too.Haku took out some rice balls wrapped in cloth. He gave one to Sen. "Here eat this. You must be hungry" Haku said. "No.." Sen said. "I put a spell on it. It'll give you your strength back. Just eat it." Sen took the riceball and started eating it and as she ate it she started crying and as she finished the riceball she then sobbed. Haku gave her some more reassuring her that it would be alright.

~Back with Yuki~

Yuki woke up and noticed it was late in the day time. And Haku and Sen haven't returned yet. Yuki got up and went to find Sen since it wouldn't be long until it was almost nightfall and the bath house would be open. Yuki didn't want Sen to be late for her work.Yuki was now outside and started crossing the bridge and then saw Sen and Haku talking for a bit and Sen came running toward the bridge. When Sen saw Yuki on the bridge she smiled. Sen couldn't help but smile at Yuki, the one that Haku was in love with.

Sen approached Yuki who was smiling back at Sen. "Hey Yuki" Sen said. But they both looked at the sky when they saw something flying away in the sky. It was long and it moved along with the wind. "Haku.... he's a dragon?" Sen said in a daze. She then looked at Yuki who was still watching Haku fly away. Yuki turned her gaze to Sen and the both of them ran back into the bath house not knowing that the same spirit watching Sen was following them.
