Chapter 13: Save me god

"How dare you sleep here?", i heard a loud thud on my table which shook every thing placed on it including my head.

I immediately looked up in hurry and saw none other than RV. Oh god!, Save me please.

"Ye-yes sir?", i quickly formed words to come out of my mouth. I was so scared that i felt my body numb and frozen. I realised that i had landed myself into the biggest trouble of my life or maybe the biggest humiliation was going to be on its way any second.

"What the hell are you doing?", he barked drawing everyone's attention on us.

"Sir i-i was..". I looked into his eyes and realised that maybe today was my last day here. Let's just hope it not to be.

"Shut up! Don't you dare to give any excuses. Have you completed the work i gave you?", he questioned bitterly.

Everyone's eyes were now on us on me. I remained silent and just handed him the file that i had been working on since morning. He had already rejected my work which Dev Sir had approved of. Whatever changes he wanted i had done in it but i was still not sure whether it will appeal him or not. I had a feeling that he rejected it only to make me feel low but i couldn't blame, he was my boss and he had all right to do that if my work wasn't up to the mark.

I avoided looking at anyone around us. I didn't want anyone to give me that pity look which stated We-are-sorry-for-it or we-feel-bad-for-you.

"What is this? I told you to do---this?", he asked angrily.

"Sir i-".

"You. Come to my office. Now.", he ordered rudely after checking my file and left without giving another glance at my direction.

I sighed and hurriedly started walking behind him. With his long strides he was far away from me while i was trying to run behind him so that I could be close to him. But with the weakness that i was feeling from morning, it was hardly possible.

When i entered in his office he was already on his chair with the most dangerous and serious posture i ever noticed on him.

"Company has hired you to sleep?", he asked greeting his teeth.

"No, Sir", i replied with my head down. It was getting impossible for me to stand, everything was spinning even the devil was moving up and down. Damn what the hell is happening to me?

"Then why are you here?", he questioned, his voice was not reaching to me due to the extreme throbbing in my head. My body was shivering and i was literally feeling like to fall on the floor.

No you can't, hold it for some minutes, a small voice inside my mind ordered me.

I opened my eyes forcefully, closed them and opened them again with a much greater force. I then looked at him and said, "Sir, I am really sorry but i tried to do everything you told m-".

"How dare you to argue with me?", he spat, punching his fist on the file and thrown it in the air. I don't know which direction it was thrown but it fell exactly beside my feet. Strange.

"I am really sorry sir", i tried to speak again but my spinning head was betraying my voice.

I don't know what he was saying because everything was going over me. I wasn't able to understand any of his words but i do know one thing that he was speaking something, No he was shouting on me i guess.. Oh god this pain. I looked up at him and found two RV's sitting across me.

Be attentive please!, a voice in my mind requested and this time i gathered all the strength i could afford that time. I took a deep---very deep breathe and composed myself in a serious way.
