Sinner, sinner, did you hear that call?

It was the other side, standing tall.

Do as you please, once and for all,

Because the time has come, for you to fall.

Chances that you got,

Moments that you turned into tormenting schemes;

Hush now, you gorgeous man

Because the time is gone, for you to redeem.

You err, you err, you sin, you sin,

But you never mend your ways;

Then be ready my darling,

For you can no longer evade the Judgment Day.

.

As another night sky stood witness to another horrendous confrontation between a monstrous figure and a dainty soul, it seemed that the entire horizon worked its way together to convey its contempt at the sight it witnessed.

The skyline formed a scornful wave of dark clouds, hiding every constellation of stars, as well as the moon, but when did Ryan Roy ever care for nature's way of directing things?

And so paying no heed to the exceptionally cold airs, the dark atmosphere, he roughly pushed Khushi on one end of the upper deck, standing with a fidgeting demeanor himself.

As she managed to get up and hold the bow railing for support, her trembled breaths releasing cold smokes because of the negative temperature, she heard him say in that ever-so-low yet devilish tone of his, the one that was only reserved forher, behind closed doors.

"You BLOODY traitor!"

His voice reflected an unusual kind of paranoia, the one wherein he was sure yet unsure of why he was feeling what he was feeling.

"I give you everything, EVERYTHING KHUSHI! And this is what you do!?"

Khushi felt her heart thud as if warning to break through her ribcage, unable to fathom what was going to be the bottom line of this.

She needed no new illustrations to prove what Ryan's depth of anger, his depth of insanity could seem like, could feel like. But right now, she felt that she could donothing to stop this, for it had already gone to the point of no return.

.

She could feel her lips going dry, the damaging cold making her feel even worse. But she didn't know what worse actually was, for she was completely unaware of everything that this night was going to herald in her life.

.

"YOUR BLOODY DEAD FATHER'S STUPID BUSINESS! I SAVED IT! I DID! YOUR MOTHER'S GREEDY INSTINCTS! WHO DEALT WITH THAT? I DID!"

He was completely in a haze as he went on saying what he truly felt, regardless of how illogical it seemed, for him to defend his heinous acts with that. As they say, our inferences demarcate us from others other than the fundamental heterogeneity in the society, and here, Ryan's inferences itself were beyond any primal rationality.

Sometimes we go to lengths to affirm our inference that what we do and what we think is right, but there's something we don't know; rather don't want to know.
