This is my longest one yet, its 441 words not including the bold. I'm so proud of myself. I might come back and change the tittle tho cause I don't like it too much.

I took a step back fearfully. The giant...thing growled lowly, stalking me like prey.
"Please leave me alone, I didn't know I was on your territory" My voice trembled hands shaking violently. I don't even think it understood me as all it did was narrowed its bright red eyes. I took another step back, my deep breaths ragged. I wanted to scream hoping, wishing someone would hear me yet I know it's not true. I should have never gone on this walk. The beast like thing snarled, curling his lip showing his vicious teeth. The beast's eyes were ready to kill, my whimpers echoed through the thick trees. The beast thing was ready to lunge. My scream finally came out, the fear heard in it as I fall back against the tree.
When the beast was about to attack, a grayish thing jumped out of the tree line onto the beast tackling it down. I shut my eyes tightly, shaking on the spot. I heard growls, one bigger and fierce than the other. Then a heard a large 'thud' after it was a long painful howl. My eyes still shut, laying against the tree I fell into not wanting to move.
That's when I felt something wet touch my hands, as they rest against my chest in a protective manner. I slowly open my eyes, to come face to face with a beast, different than the other. It was gray with hints of black and bright violet like eyes. I let out another scream, leaning into the tree more. My eyes wide in fear and my body trembling. The gray beast whined before sitting down like a down, his violet eyes curious and hurt.
I stared at the beast bewildered as it just shook its shaggy tail. I shyly put my hand out. I felt drawn to it. I was filled with fear, yet I wasn't scared of the beast just shocked. I never have seen such a beautiful and dangerous creature. I could still smell the blood from the dead beast in front of me, but I ignored it for the time being. My hair covered my face looking down at my lap glancing at the gray beast. It leaned its head into my hand purring. I was in shock but smiled at what I'm assuming is a he.
He laid down, resting his heavy head on my lap, a wolfish grin on his furry face. His eyes gleaming with excitement.
"Thank You for saving me" I whispered, still shaken up from what happened only moments ago. He just licked my hand that was resting in front of his face. I just kissed his head, letting me have peace for once.
