Summer Camp(A Nalu, Gruvia, Gale, Jerza, Miraxus fanfic)

Chapter 1

Lucy's POV
"WHAT?!" I yelled.

Here let me explain, I was just told that I had to go to summer camp. My parents apparently think that I'm not "social" enough to stay home this summer. I think I am perfectly fine. I'm just not great with people so I don't talk to them much.

Flashback
"Lucy honey, your father and I would like to speak with you." My mother stated.

"Ok...what is it?" I asked trying to finish my homework.

"Well you see...your father and I...think it would be best if you went to summer camp this summer."

My eyes went wide with confusion. I have to go to a summer camp...with other kids.

"WHAT?!" I yelled.
End of Flashback

And now we're here.

Anyways now I have to pack enough clothes to last me 10 weeks because I won't be aloud to come back and I can't have my cell phone either. This summer is gonna be the worst summer ever.

~Time Skip The Next Day~
Today is the last day of school until I leave for summer camp. I have to leave tomorrow at 7:00 am. Today I hope the day goes by as slow as possible because I really don't want to leave.

I get up and pull out my uniform that consists of a white blouse with a cream colored vest and a gray skirt with navy blue socks that stop just below the knees and black shoes. I take a quick shower before dragging on my uniform and a navy blue jacket that has the fairy tail symbol on the top left. After brushing my teeth I grab my bag and head downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Good morning Lucy." My mom greeted.

"Morning mom." I replied.

"Good morning Lucy." My father greeted. He was sitting at the table drinking coffee and reading a news paper.

"Morning dad." I replied. I wasn't in the greatest mood. My only hope was that the day would never end. I sighed not really in the mood to eat breakfast anymore. It was 7:05 and I was ready to get to school.

"Bye see you later!" I hollered as I was about to leave but my mother stopped me.

"Aren't you going to eat breakfast?" She yelled from the kitchen.

"No I'm not hungry! I'll see you after school! Bye love you!" I yelled back.

"Bye love you too!" My parents hollered back in unison.

I was walking to school since the distance only added up to about ten minutes. I plugged in my earbuds to my phone and turned on my music while walking to school.

~Time Skip At School~
I entered the school to a filled hallway. God I hate people. I thought to myself walking through the hallways to get to my locker. On the way I spotted four other girls struggling to get through the hallways too. Levy, Juvia, Erza and Mirajane I think. I never really talked to them except at volleyball practice.

I made it to my locker and grabbed my books, then made my way to Mr. Guildarts class.

I walked in and took a seat in the back and set my bag down beside my desk. I unplugged my headphones and put them in my jacket pocket while opening my books. The bell rang and Mr. Guildarts walked into the classroom to start class. I pulled out my pen and started taking notes.

After long hours of classes it was lunch, but honestly, I thought the day was moving faster than normal. The exact opposite of what I wanted. This day couldn't possibly get any worse.

"Hello Lucy!" Mr. Guildarts greeted. And the day just got worse.

"Hello Mr. Guildarts!" I said as cheerfully as I could with the greatest smile I could muster. "What do you need?" I asked.

"Oh nothing really, I heard that you are going to summer camp this summer?" He questioned. Geez why to teachers always have to go sticking their noses in other people's business.

"Um yes why do you ask?" I said hoping I didn't sound to irritated.

"No reason, I think it's a good idea. This is an opportunity to make new friends!" He said. I couldn't care less about making new friends. I couldn't wait for summer to be over already and it hasn't even started.

"Well I'm gonna try!" I said with fake enthusiasm. I really wish he would go away already.

Soon the bell rang. I threw my food away and headed to the next class. I could only hope that the day would move slower.

~Time Skip End Of The Day~
The day was over and all I wanted to do was go home and take a nap. Sadly I couldn't do that because I had to pack for camp tomorrow. Now I can't even sleep in... I groaned internally.

I walked through the door of my house being greeted by my mother that was washing dishes. My dad wasn't home yet. He always works late.

"Hello sweety how was your day?" She asked.

"Good!" I said cheerfully, but on the inside, I was screaming.

I headed upstairs and into my room and grabbed my pink duffel bag and started throwing clothes inside.

After I had finished packing I had a big duffel bag full of clothes and a small duffel bag full of my other items I thought I needed or wanted on this trip. It was now 9 o'clock and I was ready for bed. I changed out of my uniform and into a white T-Shirt with pink shorts and climbed under the covers and fell into a pit of darkness.

~The Next Morning~
I woke up at 6 o'clock and did the usual. Showered, brushed my teeth, did my business, the works. I changed into some blue jean shorts and a light pink and dark pink striped tank top.

I grabbed a small pouch that held a collection of keys that represented the Zodiac. I place the pouch around my waist. It was now 6:45 so I went downstairs with my luggage and ate some breakfast.

After I finished I placed my plate in the sink and kissed my mom and dad goodbye for the summer. I walked outside and got into the bus that would take me to my unwanted destination.

I can't wait...(Note the sarcasm)

Konnichiwa minna! So this is my first update and I'm not so sure how it went. I hope it was good. I feel I did pretty decent for my first chapter on this book. I excited to write this book and no I don't plan on discontinuing this book. Anyways thanks for reading! Bye bye!
