Bad influence

Chapter 3

I push my two idiots and enter my next class,which was boring as usual....

After school I had the punishment to do and a soccer match was going on,so my friends thought it'd be better to watch match and left me here  to die.

I started my work and it took me whole of an hour to finish mopping the cafeteria,I always thought it was too small...well,I guess it's not anymore, it just grew up in it's size to torture me some more.

After punishment,I went to my lockers and got my bag out and headed out, straight to the ground to get my friends. And guess what, kiss cam landed on me ......today's just going better and better.... It landed on a very puny guy who wore glasses, he had jet black hair,lean body ..I don't even know his name. His hands started to shiver, it was hilarious, to watch a guy getting so tensed up over  a kiss.

So I relieved his agony...went up to him,stared into his eyes which were green.....I have blue ones and held his chin up, gave a peck and went to Ronnie,Jenna caught their hands , dragged them out of the ground.

"So, how was the kiss...seemed like you quite enjoyed yourself" teased Jenna

" Yeah, you should have seen the guy's face....he was tomato red, seemed like he was about to pass out any moment, never knew your kisses would effect people so much"says Ronnie

"Shut up,you guys " I blurt.

The guy seriously looked like he was about to pass out. I wonder what his name would be,so I ask Ronnie
"Hey Ron, what's the name of the kiss cam guy?"

" looks like Em is too deep into someone..." he teases but gives away the name anyway.....I reach my home on my Clara.

As I enter my home, Ronnie's words keep ringing in my head " His name is Jake west, you haven't seen him much because you never step into the library"
Maybe that is true,I hardly go to our school's library....that's because I work at a public library .Yeah,that's a secret so let it be that way .

Even I love books(secretly)....how did you think I get those many A's .Cause I study, working up in public library, helping people with the books especially children becomes really tiring. So I won't get much time to visit our school library

Friday nights are all just a blur ....drunken euphoria, hook up ,regret is all happens during Friday night parties.

Getting up on a stranger's bed ..hoping he doesn't have any STD is all my weekend is about.

It's a Wednesday night and I texted my library friend Stacey to cover up for me since I had punishment. She agreed happily,she's a very optimistic and cheerful girl I've ever seen in my life....work would be really boring without her. She's a funny person....
She goes to university.

Mom is still at work and I'm hungry so I order a pizza and sit on my couch.
I start thinking about the kiss,even though it was just a peck..how it made me feel so serene,so relaxed. Ding,the bell rings ...I pay for the pizza and start eating.

My phone rings,I pull it out of my jeans pocket. As I see the caller ID it instantly brings up a smile on my face. I answer the call " dadddddddddddd" I scream over the phone
I hear him lightly chuckle on the other side
"Hi...princess how you doing" he asks
I give him all the details of my day and the punishment I got myself into.
"Next time,see who's around and punch people" he suggests.
"Sure,dad ...I miss you please come back soon" I whine .
"I'll come home as soon as my work's done honey. Take care of yourself and mom" he says
" ok dad. And you take care of yourself" I yell and cut the call .

So my parents are very cool and I love them but they both are workaholics.
Still in such a busy schedule they give me my time.

My front door opens, as I see my mom entering...I go up to her and hug her,say goodnight and hit my bed.
