When you tell Scott you're just not ready for a relationship, despite him confessing his feelings for you.

"I'm sorry, Scott... I just don't think I'm ready for that type of commitment..." you trail off sadly, avoiding contact. You loved him but amongst the supernatural threats terrorising Beacon Hills there just wasn't enough time.
"That's okay, y/n. I'm willing to wait for you, there's no one else I'd rather be with." He says, gazing into your eyes.
"Scott..." you look up at him but he stops you.
"Y/n, you don't have to say anything... I understand." He smiles softly.
He turns to leave but your heart makes the final decision, you reach out and he turns back to face you, you step closer to him and kiss him. His eyes widen in surprise but then he kisses you back, his soft lips move in sync with yours. You wrap your arms around his neck and run your fingers through the back of his hair, he pulls away slowly, "I thought..." he started to say but you interrupted him.
"I changed my mind." You smiled before kissing him again.
