   So basically everything was real until gray had physically ran into Lin. She was actually jogging to make the interviews where Lin actually was. Here's the simple time line...

  Day 1
The first chapter were she sings and then runs home for the interview

Day 2
She is asleep all day hallucinating the whole plot bc she cannot wake up

Day 3
Is the last chapter (22. We All Wake Up)

   Also Gray does have PFS but it is known by Social Services and the orphanage head.

   The reason she hallucinated Lin is because she had an interview with him.
