"I'll kill the bitch my damn self.", I said as I paced the floor.

"You can't say that in front of me Emily.", Bob said. Terrence pulled me onto his lap.

"Baby they're gonna find them."

"If they don't imma-"

"Emily you can not say that stuff in front of me."

"Why?"

"Cause I'm a police officer."

"Are they gonna find my brother and sister?", Nathan asked with puffy eyes.

"Yes, come here baby.", I said holding my arms open. He walked to me and laid on my chest. I wrapped my arms around him and Terrence wrapped his arms around us. Nathan started crying. "It's gone be okay, they're gonna find them.".

"They better.", he said mad. "Daddy who is Amber?", he asked looking at him.

"Huh?"

"Who is Amber?", he asked slower.

"A crazy friend. No, a crazy old friend.", I said looking at him. "Right?".

"Right."

"She's a hoe dad had sex with.". Our mouths just dropped. Why do an 11 year old know that stuff. "I'm not stupid, I just act like it.", he said before walking away. I looked at Terrence.

"How old is he again?", Bob asked.

"11."

"What the hell are you teaching him?"

"He must have heard you talkin' to one of your friends or Tommy."

"I didn't tell anyone, why would I? Our business is our business, unless you told someone.".

"I didn't, our business is our business."

"I'm just a smart kid.", he yelled from somewhere.

"Go to your room Nathan, now!"

"Ugh, fine.". This little smart ass.

It's almost 3 in the morning, we're getting really scared. "We have good news and bad news. Good news we found them.". I put my hand over my chest and smiled.

"I told you baby.", Terrence said before kissing me. "What's the bad news?". His mouth opened but nothing came out making our smiles drop, that scared us.

"Are they okay?"

"We found naked them in a abandoned apartment covered in bruises and cigarette burns. We have no idea where Amber is, we believe she left the country."
