It has been 3 years since I have been home. I left for a special program for school in Georgia.
I'm now boarding the plane back home to Texas. I'm a junior in High school. I have never had boobs, worn make up, had a boyfriend, gotten along with girls, and worn anything other than: Levi's jeans, T-shirt, and my cowgirl boots.
While in Georgia, I met a girl who befriended me. She taught me how to do my make up and dress more "southern chic". I also grew boobs and had a figure.
I have 2 brothers, our parents died when i was 3. My brothers have raised me ever since then.
There's Landon, 27, fireman.
Then Kyle, 22, mechanic.
And me, Marilyn, 17, everyone calls me Mari.
I think about how my brothers are going to react as I have grown up since they last saw me.
As I pull into the driveway, my brothers are already on the porch waiting along with my bestfriend Brad, and their group of friends. When I get out of the car their eyes all look me up & down, head to toe.
"Hey guys, mind helping me out?!?" I say getting them back to reality, ruining their thoughts.
They hurry over and grab my bags.
I walk upstairs to see my room still has the old horse shoes on the wall and all of my trophies on the shelve collecting dust, most of them are from rodeos but some are from the pageants. After the guys brought my bags the left. Brad stays behind and gives me a tight hug.
"Hey Brad"
"Hey Mari"
"You're so different now"
"Yeah I've been working out and playing Football and Baseball."
I smile
"What's your excuse miss thing?!" he said with a smirk.
"I became a girl, that's what!!" I said with a little bit of sass.
