Thirst For Blood

Adriana POV

He strolls out the building and i follow him hiding behind trees and other objects so that there is no possible way of him knowing that i am following him. i wonder what i am going to find out. since thinking about it maybe its because they are rich kids who act too prestige to learn with the rest of us. if its that then i know this school goes up in classes and obviously knowing my situation there would be no way that i would ever make it up to there. 

the forest surrounding us is pretty creepy and from where i am looking it looks like it could go on forever . the trees are tall and all around me on the floor is brown soil with pieces of leaves and twigs in it. i look up and i cant even see one bit of sun light and seeming that it is nearly 8:00 it should be pretty light right now. 

 the forest seems to be getting darker yet he does not show any sign of getting afraid as his posture is still the same as he walks through the forest. i however can not say that i show the same posture that he is holding up. I avoid standing on twigs and i watch where i put my foot just in case there is dog poop or something . or in case it would make a noise and blow off my whole cover. The curiosity is building up inside me as if there is something that really want to jump out and run in front of this boy, but i have to tame that beast inside of me. 

He stops before the building which is just clear of the forest and he walks towards the door. i am in shock and awe. this dormitory building is nothing like mine. it is all clear white bricks outside and it looks really clean and new. i knew it , i knew that they were rich. me still hiding i stare at the building and all of its architectural features. it has just as much floors as my building which probably means that they have the same alphabet floor thing. The ground how ever is still the same all the way up till the first step, which might i add is sparkling white.

"why are you following me" he sighs without turning around.

i stand still shocked as if all the breath out of me has been knocked out. i stay hidden because if he does know that i am here he will surely tell the principle and ill get kicked out on my second day.

"i know your there" i can hear him say. he is coming closer . my body starts shaking from behind the tree that i am hiding behind. "Adriana Sims" he breathes

How does he know my name. i close my lips tightly not letting the scared weeps come out.how does he know? is he a stalker? i am shaking uncontrollably. this was a stupid idea why oh why. now im going to get killed by a stranger who knows my name.

"im not going to hurt you cupcake" he says. "come out and nobody will get hurt"

i slowly move from the tree and i start running, running as fast as i can away from this mad house. i nearly trip over a couple of branches at my attempt at fleeing but i don't let that stop me. i stop at a tree and i am panting heavily. i swear i came through this way, or was it that way. 

"oh god please help me" i cry frantically looking around. i see no sign of the weird boy. the heavy smell of fresh green leaves fill my nose. its ironic. this smell is suppose to relax me but it is making me feel even more scared. its making me feel like im going through the wrong way because i did not smell this when i came through.

i look around and i see him, standing in the distance with a bored expression on his face, sort of resembling Sam's normal expression.

SAM. how could i not think of it. i quickly run the other way and i grab my phone out and dial his number still running , the tears flowing free on my face. first time. second time. "god damn it Sam why is your phone off" i shout as i cry "please if anyone is out there" i shout "HELP!!" 

i know this is a very stupid idea because the boy will only find me faster because of my screams and shouts for help, but it is worth a try. i keep running and the forest is getting darker and darker, the leaves not letting the sunlight penetrate a single bit. i start crying uncontrollably looking around me, i really am lost. i cant see building B. stupid curiosity how did i ever think that this would end up good. i put the torch on that is on my phone, and i shine it around so i can see where i am going. i look down at my knees and there is scratch marks and blood leaking from two or three marks, i cant tell it is too dark. i feel my back and i can no longer feel my backpack, damn i probably accidentally dropped it as i was running. i stop for a little and catch my breath.

i see a big tree. maybe if i climb it then i could see onto where everything is. i look up at the tree and it is really big and i am also afraid of heights. but its the best chance i have at surviving. i climb the first branch putting the torch in my mouth as i pull myself up branch after branch using the middle and other branches as support. i finally get high enough to see on top and i see nothing. nothing at all but trees. i cry and i look to my left before looking down. its too high im going to fall. i cry harder and harder calling for help. i look to my left and there is the boy sitting on the same branch that i am standing on.  

"i told you i wouldn't hurt you" he breathes into my ear as he puts his hand across my face and i fall unconscious.
