He was dashing. No, dashing was an understatement, let me re-word this shall I? Nick was fucking sexy. That was the fourth thing I noticed. The first thing I noticed when Ronan pulled up to JamminStudios, was that I was not the only person or the only person dressed up there. In fact, there was pretty much a swarm of people mingling outside of the main doors.
The women were dressed in attire much as mine, but wayy better. They were wearing jewel earrings with long gowns that flowed around them. My hair was average compared to theirs, my dull, straight hair didn’t even compete against their beauty queen styled hair. The second thing I’ve come to notice was that whatever laid behind those two doors, I wasn’t prepared for it. Every male and female looked striking and confident as if they were ready to go for battle.
“Ronan, do you know what this is about?”I glanced at him then stared out the window, looking at everyone.
“Every five years, when Jamminstudios has a competition, they always have an interview night. Basically, you’re the attention tonight so the judges can learn more about you than your voice.” He shrugged as he stepped out of the limo, opening my door. I hadn’t left his emphasis on always go unnoticed.
The third thing that I’ve come to realize was as Ronan helped me out of the back was that every single contestant I saw on auditions were there, dressed in tuxedos and gowns smiling at reporters answering questions they’ve been asked. My palms got sweaty as I look at the red carpet ahead of me and were people on each side of the velvet ropes talking and taking pictures. There were paparazzi.
A shitload of them.
I frantically looked around as I saw more and more limousines pulling up behind Ronan. He kissed my hand and gave me a hug whispering, ”Good luck kiddo.”
I stood there awkwardly as he pulled away. I pulled my phone out and texted Nick.
Where are you? I’m at the front and wtf is happening?-D
About a second later Nick responded.
On my way ;)-N
I rolled my eyes I as threw my phone back in my clutch and looked around, getting a better look at everyone.
They honestly looked like gods and goddesses. While I over here, looked like a cinderella, though not the beautiful one with the blue princess dress with a tiara and all, but more like the dirty version of her dressed in rags and covered in sweat.
Out of the crowd, the whole swarm parted as Nick walked through with a huge smirk on his face I couldn’t wait to wipe off. That’s when I noticed the fourth thing. He was dashing.
No, dashing was an understatement, let me re-word this shall I? Nick was fucking sexy. I didn’t get the chance to slap the smirk off his face because when his eyes had met mine, his smirk dropped completely. I looked around me to make sure I looked right, though everything seemed in place.
He walked up to me slowly though his eyes were no longer holding mine, his eyes seemed to travel down my body and then travel back up.
“Hey, up here.”I snapped my fingers pointing to my eyes. He scratched his head and looked around.
“You look…”He trailed off.
“Bad?”I asked. His eyes widened and he frantically shook his head and said no more.
I blushed at his embarrassment. He cleared his throat and looked past me. I was waiting for an answer.
“You look-”
