Or Can We?

We inherit the world

That choice is not ours

We chose our path containing

So many outcomes

Not aloud to turn back

Or can we?

A question pondered

Change starts here

Who says we are not aloud

Who says we can't

Impossible to reach space they said

Or can we?

Bring us the metal

Do all of the math

Determination wins the moon

"Can't" kindles the fire

To the impossible

Or can we?

This question will someday go

Along with the flames

And out of the charcoal

A new question emerges

"What next?"

This poem is about how many amazing acts are accomplished because of people saying that we can't do it.
