OK, All I'm back with another chapter...This one is going to have a bit of OOC in it, everybody knows the Captain Kurotsuchi would have better things to do the be on a mission like this but this chapter is going to explain why he is their in the first place so no flames please give it a chance.lol And don't forget their are trivia's at the beginning and end of every chapter as well. Common y'all show me how well you know Bleach.lol JK .teehee.

Stepping out of the Sinki Gate, the three Shinigami walked to the "little hole in the wall" shop were the former Research and Development captain Kisuke Urahara resided. After stepping up onto the porch Lieutenant Shuhei Hisagi knocked and stepped back when the sliding paper door opened Revealing a tall dark skinned brolly man with glasses. " Good evening Mr.Tsukabishi, Is Mr. Urahara in?" Jushiro asked with a smile." Oh, Captain Ukitake, Captain Kurotsuchi, Lieutenant Hisagi. Good evening, we have been expecting you please come in." Tessai said as he stepped aside as they walked in. "Please this way we are just about to sit down for some tea." Tessai continued as he closed the door then led the three into the sitting room.
After settling down and silently sipping on their tea Urahara walked in," Sorry to keep you waiting." he stated as he sat down at the end of the low table between Shuhei and Jushiro. "It's not a problem, we were told we could stay here for a few days while we proceeded with our investigation." Jushiro said in a low deep voice. " Ah, yes that. I may have some information for you about that. It seems your going to have your hands full with this investigation so I'll keep my ears to the ground for anymore information that might help." Urahara said as he pulled a folder from his sleeve and slid it to Jushiro. Taking the folder Jushiro flipped it open and skimmed threw the information. Frowning Jushiro glanced at Urahara in confusion, "What is this?" he asked the blonde giving him a serious look.
Urahara sighed, " If you've noticed those are patent information that your looking at. All have illness's from minor colds to recurring ailments such as cancer. All miraculously cured over a span of a few days, this has become a concern for many medical officials and has been kept from the public's eye's and ears. But what seems to have them as well as many who know of it, is that most of the cases involve children." Urahara said as he set his tea cup on the table and pulled out a wooden fan from his sleeve flipping it open.
" WHAT?!" Jushiro stated in shock looking from Kisuke back to the information before him. " How would that be odd? Wouldn't they be happy about it?" Shuhei asked looking from his tea to Kisuke. " I thought you would wonder about that so I sent Captain Kurotsuchi here some of the other information and samples I could obtain from a local source. Urahara said looking at Mayuri," Did you find anything out from the samples I sent you." he asked waving his fan before his face while absently toying with his cup. With a frown Mayuri pulled out three small veil's of clear light blue liquid, then handed them to Urahara. " I filtered the blood you sent but as you had guessed to the human eye and their lack of technology they would of never found this." Mayuri said with a triumph smirk.
Looking at the tubes Urahara handed one to Jushiro then to Shuhei. Looking at it the Jushiro couldn't stop thinking that it had reminded him of the healing Kido used by the Medical Division of squad 4 back in the Soul Society. "It looks like liquified healing...Kido, what exactly is this Mayuri? What have you found in it?" Jushiro asked handing the vial back to Kurotsuchi.
Grinning Mayuri chuckled as he pulled a small almost dead plant from his Haori and set it before him on the table. " Here you see a diseased or a half dead plant. When I got this plant it was very much in bloom being a full grown Dwarf Bonzi." he stated
"OK, and this is to prove what exactly?" Shuhei asked rolling his eyes pointing at the dead looking tree.
"Hush, I wasn't finished. Ahm...When the plant was brought to me it was in full health. Now after testing it with a illness known as the "Flue" it took it almost three days to get like this, even with water and plant food it would not get better." he said looking at the pitiful plant.
Shuhei sighed running a hand over his face causing Kisuke to chuckle. Kisuke looked back at Mayuri and pointed at the plant, "OK, so it's sick so what does that have to do with these veil's?" he asked picking up the discarded vile from the table looking at it with false disinterest waiting for the Captain to get to the point. Jushiro rubbed his chin thinking about what Mayuri was saying then sighed, " Continue, I have a feeling you might be getting somewhere with this." he said
Mayuri nodded then took the lid off the vile and looked around the table at the other three Shinigami, " Well when I thought the plant had died a thought struck me and I just used a bit of what was in the vile and administered another source of nourishment." he proclaimed then proceeded to pour all the contents of the vile onto the plant.
All four men watched the plant and after a few seconds small buds of life started blooming. Gasping Jushiro sat in shock as the once small half dead plant grew and bloomed into a healthy Bonzi. " But how!? It's not possible, how?" he whispered in shock.
"Well I tested it multiple times on different plants and even rats and the results are the same. It not only cures the ailment but it also puts a solid immunity to any other ailment weather it be minor or fetal. But for the life of me I can't seem to figure out what this cure is composed of or how it is made. All I do know is that it stops the process of the ailment then boosts the immunity of the illness and any other illness it comes in contact with." Mayuri explained with a serious face and shrugged.
Kisuke pondered on what Mayuri said then looked at Jushiro who looked a bit on the peaked side then sighed. " Well, from the sounds of it we may have discovered a way to use it but I would like to test it more just to be on the safe side. But until I can complete my tests you are welcome to stay as long as you need, your rooms have been prepared so make my home yours till you return to the Soul Society." he said as he stood up and bowed then walked from the room with vile in hand.

OK, Let me know what you all think of this chapter....I told you their would be a reason behind having Mayuri on this mission didn't I lol...
