Chapter Fourteen

We walked around the neighborhood in silence. He seemed to be too into his phone to pay me any mind so I made him walk me back home. Once we reached my house I walked right in without saying goodbye or anything. I locked the door and walked up to my room. I changed into PJ's and put my hair into a bun. I sat down on my bed and found a text from Sierra and Raven. 

Received;

Sierra; hey shannon?

Raven; we're sorry.

Sent;

It's okay. Love yous , goodnight. 

I set my phone on my bed and got up to close the curtains on my balcony. I'm so tired of going back and forth with this kid. I wish things were still the same as they were before we made things official. 

The next morning I woke to my alarm going off and I groaned loudly. I did not want to get up. I did not wanna face Madison. Oh, and to top it all off, it's Valentine's day. Perfect. I groaned loudly and got showered and dressed in black leggings and a blue v-neck shirt. I put on a pair of black vans and I ate breakfast while I waited for my hair to dry.  When I finished I went back upstairs and curled my hair lightly and did my makeup. I grabbed my bag and walked down stairs to put my jacket on. I opened the door and found Madison walking by. I closed the door behind me and he looked up at me. I ignored him and got in my mom's car and she joined me.

"Want a ride honey?"

She called after Madison. He smirked and said yeah. I rolled my eyes and put my headphones in my ears as he sat in the backseat.

Can't ignore me forever

Says who ?

I heard him chuckle and I sighed. When we got to school and we took our seats. I ignored him and paid attention to my teacher. I was not in the mood today.

Raven;

Hey , what time is the date again ?
Sierra;

I think five

Sent;

I'm not going lol

Sierra;

You're literally giving me whiplash. You guys were just fine ?

Sent;

Yeah till last night when we went for a walk and he was so into his phone rather than talking to me. Fuck that.

Received;

Raven;

I want you to come ughhh. This is so annoying why is he such a baby.

Sent;

I'll come for you guys but I'm not paying any mind to him.

Sierra;

Omg yay.

I set my phone on the table and continued my work.

The day was over and when I got home from school my mom wasn't here. I sighed and went up to my room after grabbing a donut. I opened the door and found roses, Chocolate, and a dress sitting on my bed. I sighed and put the roses in a vase on my vanity. I picked up the dress and smiled slightly. Plain simple black dress. Two can play at this game. I walked over to the balcony doors and closed the curtains again.
