are the hours spent with you
my favorite part of the night
are those we spend with
our bodies tangled together
when the lights are out
but my lips have no trouble
navigating through the darkness
to touch yours
when our hands stay locked
and intertwined until
we break them apart so that they're
no longer touching hands but
other parts of our bodies
but let's not forget about
when the music is still playing
and all I can focus on is your breathing
your soft moans
your body up against mine
