His eyes didn't leave her retreating figure for a split second, he could feel himself burning with rage, yet there was nothing he could do than just stand there, watching them leave hand in hand. Them? His rational mind mocked him, its only her walking away with another man. He felt disgust clouding his thoughts, what was she doing? What was he doing? Nothing felt right. 2 months earlier, he had sworn to himself, he wouldn't bother about anything related to him yet he could hardly take his mind off her and yet again he had just let her walk back into his life. His eyes noticed the tender passing by, he grabbed a drink and gulped it down in a go, the liquid burning down his throat but the pain of seeing her walking away was more to deal with. His eyes closed in a flash and his hand tightened around the glass in his hand, what if the man as touching her, kissing her? thought was unbearable, his eyes opened with a new fire in them. He couldn't just let her walk away with another man right in front of his eyes, could he? You don't own her, his mind retorted.

She closed her eyes in disgust feeling the hand on her waist pulling her closer every time she tried to move away. Why was she doing this she thought to herself as she felt herself being pulled away by the man. Did his words really matter? He was just another man after all, why was she letting him break her? His words had sparked a rage within her, crushing her heart more than she had ever let anyone. Me or him? The words rung in ears, how brutal could he be? She remembered the last time hey had met, how much she had wanted to stop him and pour her heart out but he had never turned back to look at her. Seeing him at the party had sparked a small hope in her but yet again, what could she possibly explain to him? She looked at the man beside her when he pulled her through the door. into the room. A moment and her body went numb, was she really doing this? Something she had been pushed into before yet she had never given in, then why now? Her thoughts went back to the first time Raman had touched her, it was special. She always felt it was something more than just a game of pleasure between them, was she really wrong? Something inside her gave away at the thought. Could she really allow another man in, when she knew all her heart craved for was him.

She was pulled out of her thoughts on being pulled closer. She felt the sweat covering her palms, her heart beat went a few notches higher and repulse filling her when she saw the man approaching her. Tears pricked the corner of her eyes, she couldn't do this to herself. With a deep breath she pushed away the man as he approached her, reeking of alcohol.

I'm sorry .

She murmured slowly and tried to walk away from him only have her hand pulled back as she ran right into his huge form..

Babes come on, we have a long night to go.

He sneered inches from her face, inhaling her scent. The reeking smell of the alcohol reached her senses sending shivers of disgust down her spine. She cursed the very moment she had walked away from Raman and straight into this.

Let me go, I don't want this..

She frantically spoke trying to struggle out of his grip. The moment the words left her lips, a wave of fear ran down her spine as she looked into his eyes, they were pitch dark and dangerous. She whimpered when the hold on her hand tightened and the smell of the alcohol only got closer. Her struggles to get out of his grip seemed futile and fear engulfed her. Her eyes flew open when she was harshly pulled by another arm by her waist. Her senses were cold, heart beat racing and a sense of relief spreading over heart when she saw a similar figure standing inches from her, his one arm around her waist keeping her close..

Raman..

She whispered, more to herself. She couldn't be relieved more seeing him as he stood in front of her keeping her away from the peering eyes of the other man, trying to get past him. She didn't know when her hand clutched his shoulder as she clung to him, her eyes never leaving him.

Get out if you want to live. I will only say it once and not repeat it again.

His menacing yet low voice broke the silence in the room. Though she couldn't see his eyes, she could sense the rage in them as they bore into the man in front of them. His hand never left her waist until the moment, she saw the man walking out of the room stumbling until they were left alone.

It was hardly a moment later his fingers dug into one of her arms and his other hand came crashing against her cheek leaving her numb. She didn't know when tears pricked the corner of her eyes and rolled down her cheeks.

Were you fucking out of your mind Ishita?

He sneered grabbing her by both his hands and pinning her to the wall behind her. She kept looking at his face, wordlessly as he kept waiting for her to say something. She didn't. That's when he saw the tears in her eyes as they rolled down her cheeks making him feel remorseful. He hated the tears in her eyes. A part of him knew she had finally let the tears fall, the ones she had been holding back the entire evening. He didn't know why, they tug at his heart and he sealed the distance between their lips and kissed her hard, though he could feel her not responding to his kiss.
