My Beautiful Mistake (UNDER EDITING)

Misunderstandings

-2 months later-

It's now November the fifth. Fireworks night. Robert told me he was taking me to the fireworks and then for a meal. I needed something nice to wear so I called Samantha.

When we got into town we went into a dress store and I bought a black lacy dress and some high heels. After getting the dress we went to get some lunch. Crud. Samantha asked me about my love life, she knew I had a boyfriend because I am never with her anymore, well she has a point I'm always with Robert.

"So Amber. Who's your boyfriend, don't hide it girl, I know you have one"

I clenched my fists from the nerves.

"You have to promise on our friendship you will not say a thing to anyone."

She laughed and then was serious.

"I promise Amber your my main girl I won't tell anyone."

I relaxed and closed my eyes when I spoke.

"I am in a relationship with Robert."

She looked confused.

"Amber who's Robert May I ask?"

Oh yeah she don't know his first name.

"Erm. Mr Downey.."

She laughed at me as if I was joking she didn't even believe me so I showed her my texts from Robert.

R: hey babe you ready for the fireworks tonight?? xxx

A: yes babe, can't wait, gonna be cold I'm in a dress ready for dinner. xxx

R: okay bye babe xxx

A: love you babe bye xxx

R: love you more bye xxx

Yeah I looked at her and her jaw had dropped, I had only sent the texts just before we came in here for lunch.

"Amber your-"

I cut her off she was literally screaming.

"Sam please don't you promised me don't say a thing please it's been 2 months please don't say anything"

She calmed down and relaxed alot.

"I promise, I have to come to the fireworks with you two tonight your so cute I bet."

I laughed at her and we ate our lunch.

-5 hours later-

"Amber it's 7 o'clock the fireworks start in 30 mins hurry up please!" Robert shouted down the phone while is was doing my make up, I was picking him up.

"Yes babe I'm coming" I replied back Samantha was waiting in my car so mum thinks I'm going for dinner with her.

-10 mins later-

*Roberts p.o.v.*

I was getting so annoyed I paced up and down in my suit waiting outside for Amber. Finally she pulled up and I got in oh great Samantha was in the back.

"Don't worry Robert she promised not to tell anyone I trust her baby." Amber reassured me I looked back at Samantha nodding her head and smiling at me I could see she was literally drooling when she looked at me.

"Okay babe, you realise gorgeous it's time we tell your parents about us being together babe, maybe they will approve."

-Ambers p.o.v-

I felt a lump in my throat when Robert spoke those words, I was so nervous.

"Yeah sure babe whatever you want" I agreed he could see I was nervous so dropped the subject

When we arrived at the fireworks display I was so cold about five minutes into the fireworks I told Robert we should go cause I was cold. Instead he wrapped his coat around my shoulders and picked me up bridal style and held me through the whole thing.

-the next day-

Yay it's Sunday. I'm gonna go to Roberts and we are gonna have lunch together.

I put on a white blouse and some skinny jeans and black boots then my leather jacket for some warmth.

I arrived at Roberts house and knocked on the door, no answer. I just pushed the handle and walked in. I saw him on the couch kissing another woman. I saw enough without letting him explain, he turned around and I threw his jacket at him that he left with me lastnight. "It's over Robert."

When I was home I received a text from Robert.

"Babe it's all a misunderstanding."

I just ignored him and went to sleep.
