My Beautiful Mistake (UNDER EDITING)

Christmas eve

Whoop it's Christmas eve, Roberts taking me to meet his parents today, I'm really scared because I don't know what they will think of me, or Robert being in a relationship with me for the start. "Mum do you want a coffee?!" I shouted into the living room. No answer. "Mother! Do. you. want. a. coffee?" finally she answers. "Sorry Hun I didn't hear, yes please!"

I took the coffee in to the living room I put dads one on the table while he made breakfast, my sisters one on the table to cool down and mum took hers from me I sat on the sofa next to her and se started a conversation about my relationship with Robert. "Hun I know you already had this talk but now your in a proper relationship I think we should have this talk again" she looked at me I didn't reply I knew the talk she gives it to me like every month. "You and Robert are being safe aren't you?" I scoffed "Yes mum!" she smiled "Make sure to use protection" she laughed hysterically. I glared at her. "Mum!" She stopped and hugged me. "When is Robert picking you up hun?" I looked at my watch. "He should be here in around 10 minutes I should go and get dressed." I gave mum a kiss in the cheek and ran up the stairs almost falling "My bad" I shouted.

10 minutes later we arrived at his parents house. Or at least I think it's his parents house, I was actually excited now. Robert walked through the door "Mum, Dad?" He held my hand tight "In the living room bobby a frail voice said." We walked into the living room and Robert put their Christmas presents under their small tree on the table. His mum handed ours to him. "I have heard so much about you, I hope you like your present, I'm Elsie Roberts mum." I put their presents from me on the table too. "Thankyou, it's a pleasure to meet you, I have her a hug when she walked up to me, she then hugged Robert. "Hello Amber I am Roberts dad, Robert Downey sr. very nice to meet you finally he doesn't stop talking about you." I smiled and blushed, still holding Roberts hand I hugged his dad then his dad hugged him.

-2hours later-

After a couple of hours and having some lunch with them we decided it was time to go home. Yea I actually had a good time and I think they approve of the relationship. Which I think is a good thing.

When we got to my house mum said Robert could stay the night as he was coming early in the morning anyway to spend the day with us. Robert put it presents from his parents under the tree. I kissed him and for the rest of the day me and my family and Robert sat in the living room watching movies and eating popcorn.

At about 7 we put my sister to bed because she believes in Santa. She's only 7 so of course she does. "C'mon Kayleigh bed time." My mum told her sweetly. "I want Robert to take me to bed pleaseeee" Robert looked at my mum and she nodded, Robert picked her up and took her upstairs after she said goodnight I followed him secretly to see what he's like with small kids. I peeked through the crack in the door and listened. "Robert, do you love my sister lots." I could make out that Robert blushed. "I do Kayleigh I love her with all my heart but I don't act like it, I need to make it more obvious I wouldn't want to lose her for anything or anyone." He looked at his hands. "You never will, I love you more than anything babe." I walked in making Robert jump I walked over to him and hugged him. "Kiss her!" my little sister shouted. I blushed and kissed Robert. "Eww" my little sister said after giggling. "okay sleep time or Santa won't come." I told my little sister being as convincing as possible. "Okay night. Wait can you tell me a story?" she begged. I sat at the end of the bed and Robert sat with me leaning his head on my shoulder while hugging me from behind. "Okay well one day a new student started school, she met her teacher who she thought was very gorgeous and he thought she was very pretty." I started then Robert carried on. "They both thought they wouldn't work out until one day the teacher confessed to the student and kissed her he told her how he loved her very much and so they started dating." Robert stopped to let me continue, I'm surprised my little sister knew what dating was. She is smart. "then they thought the students parents wouldn't approve of this relationship but they did and now they are spending Christmas with the girls family and telling her sister this story" I finished "What happens next?" my sister smiled. "Only time will tell it's still happening" Robert told her. we both gave her a kiss on the cheek and walked out letting her sleep me and Robert fell asleep on my bed watching Iron man three, yes he was in it so I made him watch his own movie. I cannot wait till tomorrow it's gonna be one hell of a day.
