My Beautiful Mistake (UNDER EDITING)

First Date

"Amber, I wanted to ask you I-if you know if you wanted to go out for dinner with me some time this week?" Wow what do I say to Nathaniel..

"Nathaniel I don't know if I should, I mean I barely know you but-... oh what the hell I'd love to. What about today since I'm not busy?" I said to him smiling then he looked into my eyes and I blushed. 

"Yeah sure lets go follow me in my car." We got in our cars and Nathaniel took the lead, he drove to a restaurant I couldn't quite say the name but we went in, seems fancy.

I was going to order the chicken salad but before I could order Nathaniel ordered the chicken platter and salad for 2. I hope he knows what he's ordered, what am I saying I'm just worrying cause I'm on a date. I shouldn't get so nervous because it's only a chance to get to know him better.

My first date. We spoke for a while before our food came then he said something unexpected. 

"Amber I know we have only just met and I don't want you thinking I'm a creep but I really like you and would love to go out with you more often your a good person and I just love being near you. I want to be with you." I didn't know what to say I just blushed.

"I think your a nice person too Nathaniel but I think it's too soon to decide if were meant for each other yet though!" We exchanged phone numbers, I mean there's no harm in talking I guess.

About an hour later we finished our chicken platter. I'm glad I didn't order what I was going to order because the platter was just full of different flavours and it was so good. We walked outside before we got in our cars, I hugged Nathaniel. "I had a great evening Nathaniel thank you for taking me out." He looked at me and smiled "My pleasure for a lovely girl like you." I went to get in my car Nathaniel pulled me back and kissed me.

 I don't know why I didn't pull away.. I just kissed him back, I felt my cheeks flush with heat as I knew I went bright red. In the kiss I felt love, passion, and I felt like he was the one. I have never had a boyfriend so its kind of weird thinking that. He pulled away breaking the kiss I pecked him on the cheek.

 "Goodnight Nathaniel, see you in school tomorrow." I got in my car and drove home with a huge smile on my face.

It was 8pm when I finally arrived home. I unlocked the door and walked in my younger sister had fallen asleep on the carpet and my parents were asleep on the sofa. I picked up Lilly and carried her up the stairs I put her in her bed and tucked her in. I gave her a soft kiss on the cheek. I quietly walked downstairs and pulled a blanket out from under the stairs and covered up my parents as they slept. I kissed them both lightly on the cheek then went to the kitchen to get a glass of water, I walked up the stairs and lay on my bed, I couldn't even sleep yet, I was too worked up and exited from my first kiss.

An hour had passed it was 9pm I still couldn't sleep so I decided to getup and go for a walk I stuck some jogging bottoms on and a T-shirt with a TARDIS on it and out on a hoodie I walked out my front door got in my car and drove to the beach. I sat in my car and texted Nathaniel. <Hey are you up?> 

Like 30 seconds later I got a text back.

 <Yeah I cant sleep! What you up too?>

 <Well I've gone to the beach too see if I can at least get a bit tired, wanna come and join me for a walk by the sea?> 

<Yeah sure I would love to Amber I will see you in a minute, well about 5>

 I didn't reply to the text it would just take him longer to get here.

Five minutes later his car pulled up next to mine, I got out and he walked up too me and hugged me. "Hey again" I laughed and he held my hand, we walked along the beach for what seemed like hours well it was 2 hours to be exact. 

"Amber, I would love to stay out longer but my mom will be home at 11:30 and its already 11 and i'm not supposed to go out after 9 so I gotta go" I looked at him and he pulled me in for another passionate kiss, when he pulled away we got in our cars and we went back to our houses. My parents were still asleep and it was now 11 15 I walked up to my room, now almost falling asleep from walking I got changed into my pj's and got into bed then fell asleep.
