My Beautiful Mistake (UNDER EDITING)

Getting to know Mr Downey

It was only the second day back at school and yeah I guess Nathaniel started to get a crush on me he added me on facebook he followed me on twitter and added me on bbm as well and he had my number. I got dressed I found out that seniors don't have to wear uniform only juniors do, so I picked some skinny jeans a white blouse and a dark denim jacket to go with it, I put on a little make-up. Im not really the type that wears a lot of make-up but I made an effort anyways. I had a text from Nathaniel.

 <Hey Amber I'm gonna pick you up today and your coming to school in my car and were gonna go for a coffee and a cake after school, I'll be at yours at around 8 :) >

 I looked at my watch.. Great I had 15 minutes to do my hair and eat breakfast and brush my teeth then get my bags ready. I slid down the banister going to the kitchen i poured myself a bowl of cinnamon crunch and ate it as quick as I could, I had 10 minutes left i ran to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I put my hair in a bun and then grabbed my bags, I had roughly 5 minutes to spare. I grabbed a book off of the shelf and started to read it. My phone beeped to say it was 8:00. There was a knock on my door, wow he is one to be on time, I think I have gained a little stalker.

When we arrived at the school I got out of Nathaniel's car and he came up to me he put his arm around my waist and everyone was staring.. Don't get me wrong Nathaniel is the hottest kid in senior year but I was still embarrassed to be around him. We walked into tutor and Nathaniel kissed my cheek and everyone glared at me when I walked to the back of the room. I rested my head down on the table, at break Nathaniel texted me. 

<Hey sorry Amber but looks like coffee and cake night will have to be delayed as I have been sent home I feel so ill I hope you can get home easily again im so sorry.> 

I felt kind of relieved that I wont have to be embarrassed on my way out of the school but then again, it was a fair walk home it would take me like 20 minutes on foot. 

<Its okay don't worry we will have to catch up some other night I will go get you a cake after school if im able to I will and as I said if I can I will bring one round for you, no promises though seeya lesson time> Chemistry was boring today as Nathaniel wasn't able to be there.

After chemistry I walked with some girl named Sally to drama. "So what do you think of Mr Downey huh Amber he is pretty hot of course!" I looked at her and blushed. "Yeah I guess he is a little bit hot." I sat down in drama and half an hour into the lesson I got a text from Jamie. 

<Hey Amber I think I should tell you me and Samantha wont be coming drama anymore I know its the second lesson of it but I think it will be kinda boring especially when this whole term is based on Romeo and Juliet, have fun> I texted him back.

 <Hey yeah well I guess that's another person I wont be seeing in drama today now im gonna be alone, anyway no worries thanks for telling me <3 :)> 

I sent him the text and went to put my phone back in my jean pocket when Mr Downey held his hand out in front of me I knew what he wanted but I pretended not to know. I shook his hand trying to hold in my laughter. 

"Nice to meet you to Mr Downey." He looked at me annoyed. 

"Amber!!" I looked at him and high fived him.

 "Sir!" He walked over to his desk and and opened his draw.

 "AMBER GREEN PHONE NOW!!!" I looked at him and tried not to laugh. 

"Okay you only had to ask jeez" I walked up to his desk and put my phone on it then sat down.

He looked at me he looked really pissed off.

 "Amber my room after school" I looked at him with the 'whatever' look plastered on my face, he gave everyone a sheet to fill out.. I refused to fill it out after he was such a douche. Yeah I couldn't care, hes got my phone I don't do the work. The bell rang at the end of the day everyone left and I just slammed my head on the desk and thought 'fuck'.

I got up and walked over to his desk he closed the lid of his laptop and looked at me.

 "Miss Green, get a chair and come take a seat here please." 

Joy O Joy. I did as he said. He put my phone in front of me and said to me something that sounded like 'Usually I don't give students their phone back till the following day but I'll make an exception being its only the second day back' I had to ask him to make sure as I wasn't actually listening.

 "Sorry Mr Downey could you repeat I was not listening properly?" Now he looked really annoyed his jaw clenched.

 "Miss Green you can have your phone back, I usually wouldn't give a student their phone back till the next day but seeing as your a nice student and its the second day back I will make an exception, your welcome" Yep I was right. "Thanks"

I grabbed my phone from his desk and took a stroll to costa and bought myself a white hot chocolate and a scone. I sat their and I read a newspaper, all of a sudden someone came and sat in front of me and started talking to me.

 "Hello Amber" I knew from the voice who it was, it was such a damn sexy voice I just knew straight away that it was Robert.

 "First name basis now are we?" he really has a sour side to him sometimes I think that will be his new nickname sour side. Haha I like it.

 "Yes we are Amber." I looked at him and folded the newspaper and set it back on the table. 

"Okay really can you stop calling me by my first name now its really weird." He laughed at me and our eyes met they were such a lovely shade of brown. We sat in costa and spoke for like 2 hours.

 "So Robert, what are you like stalking me now, I come here and then suddenly you appear and come and sit with me." He furrowed his eyebrows. 

"No I come here everyday for my daily white hot chocolate and a cream scone." huh same as what I have right here. Oh well.

 "Sorry MR Downey I would love to stay and chat but I have to walk to my friends house with his hot chocolate and his cream scone so I should hurry before his drink gets cold" 

He looked at me ad smiled. Oh what now. "Why don't I take you their I could drop you at your house after it would be my pleasure." I thought for a while then decided it would be the better choice. "Yes if you don't mind."

I gave him the directions to Nathaniel's house and I texted him.

 <Hey im outside if you come up to the Red Ferrari Im in it I have something for you>

Within two minutes he came out the door he was so pale he looked really ill, I gave him his coffee and his cream scone.

 "I have to go but enjoy it see you soon hope you get better." Robert drove me back to my house and I thanked him for the chat and the ride home I shook his hand and I got out and went into the kitchen there was a note from my mum

 "We wont be back till late Amber me and your dad have gone out for a meal its our anniversary today your Lilly is next door with the neighbours go and get her for me please and I have left some money on the kitchen side by the microwave so you can get something to eat order a pizza or something, don't forget your brother comes back from college today so he will be home around 9ish love mom x"
