"Avery you're the worst! I can't believe you did this to Heize!" Another boy glared at Avery.
I smirked, 'know dear Avery what are you going to do?~'
Avery's POV
I can already see the evil smirk Heize gave behind her act. Hmp, such a noob she can't possibly believe i'm dumb enough to not plan ahead. I mentally grinned."Huh? But the note was written in Heize's handwriting, isn't that weird?" I tilted my head confused.
The crowd looked at each other confused, some were nodding their heads murmuring to each other.
"Now the question is why would Heize write something like that?" I smiled innocently, mentally smirking at the sight of her loosing her composure.
All eyes were on her waiting for her excuse.
"Uh-....um.....well.....you see .....I.." she stuttered. "S-sorry I guess i made a mistake..sorry for the commotion everyone..."
"Heize you should be apologizing to Avery, suspecting her." Roy scolded like a big brother.
"S-s-or-ry...... A-Avery, I.....was...wrong...."
I smiled. "Pardon? I'm sorry what did you say?"
She bit her lip."I'M SORRY!" She shouted before she stormed out of the room.
"H-hey Heize! You can't just run like that." Roy was about to chase after her before I stopped him.
"Leave this to me" I gave him a reassuring smile before running out of the room to follow her.
I chased her till we were under a staircase where there was no one around. She stopped walking.
"Go ahead and laugh at me!"she finally shouted, her back facing me.
"H-huh?!" I asked confused.
"Go on laugh at me. My plan to make you look bad failed. Go on, laugh all you want." She said trying to hold back her tears.
"Huh? Isn't it obvious your plan would fail?" I said as a matter of factly.
"W-what?" She turned around confused.
"You're a hundred years too early to be challenging me. Things like those are child's play for me. If you are going to do something, do it without leaving any evidence duh" I enlightened her.
"Wait what? Aren't you going to hate me?" She stared at me baffled.
"Yeah I don't like you obviously, but if you're going to do something do it right. Now park your but right there and get comfortable I shall enlighten you on what you did wrong." I said pointing to a conveniently placed chair under the stairway.
She complied, afraid. Well duh- obviously since I sounded stern.
"Good, now what you made was the most amateur of mistakes, number one you left one of the most obvious hints, your handwriting. Who does that?! Secondly you.." I went into lecture mode and made her sit down and listen for the whole lunch period.
*ring*
The ball rang signalling the end of lunch. "Tch, now I missed my lunch. Looks like you'll have to accompany me to a cafe after school, you are paying by the way." I smiled, a genuine one.
Heize nodded.'She's a weird one, Avery huh?'
In Japan~
"Summer?"
Summer snapped out of her daydreaming and looked up to see a concerned Trevor. "hm?" she tilted her head.
"Are you okay?" he asked as Summer nodded her head in reply.
