Dec closed his eyes tiredly and sighed contently when the soft pillow touched his cheek. He opened his eyes again when he felt weight on their bed.
Dec smiled as Ant looked him in the eyes. "You're so cute when you're sleepy." Ant smiled totally in love, even after all these years. Dec hided under the sheets, feeling a bit shy. He smiled when Ant kissed him on his forehead. "I love you." Dec whispered. Ant smiled. "I love you too."
Ant shut down the lights and laid down next to Dec, his back directed to his husband. Dec smiled. He hugged Ant from behind, making him the little spoon. His hand rested on Ant's chest and his nose was buried in Ant's neck. Dec took a deep breath and sighed contently again as he smelled that familiar smell of his partner.
Dec felt himself leaving the world of sorrows and stress. He fell in a deep and quiet sleep, his husband in his arms.
