Shadow's Final Adventure

Part 9

(Shadow's P.O.V)

     The school day had just ended and I was getting ready to leave. Everyone that was on my team except for Erica wasn't here today. Erica was here, but she was distant today. Tonight was the full moon so I had to be distant from her in case my wolf instincts make me attack anyone, like Kim. Oh she was asking for it. Getting on my nerves again asking me stupid questions that I wasn't paying attention to. That got on her nerves, but again I don't care.

    The announcements came on and I blocked them out like I always did cause I don't care about what she has to say. I slung my bag over my shoulder and waited for the announcements to be over so I can leave.

    Once they were I turned around and said, ''See you tomorrow Mrs. Pridemore.''

''See you Logan,'' She said.

    I walked out of the classroom with Erica and opened a portal. We walked through and ended up at the cabin.

    We were taking a break from training, well Erica was. I however was looking for a certain sword. I looked through seven books in the last two days just trying to find details about this sword. I couldn't find any details so I meditated and talked to Senbonzakura while we walked to the village that had the flags. He told me that the sword has more power than him, and more dangerous than El Diablo. I have to this sword before anyone else gets their hands on him.

    That's what I did the past two days and I still couldn't find anything about this sword. Today I took a break from looking, and waited for the full moon to rose tonight. Reason why is so I could venture around instead of being here. Plus I needed a reason to see Mrs. Pridemore. (Damn it brain.)

    I was underneath a tree when it started to get darker so I walked to the middle and waited for moon light to hit me.

    When the light did I changed into a wolf and walked around for a little bit before I started to run into the woods.

    Once I stopped I was near a neighborhood, and for me I just happened to be near Mrs. Pridemore's house. I walked out from the trees and stopped to howl at the moon. Can you blame me? No you can't cause natural reaction that's why.

    After a minute or two of howling I stopped to see someone looking at me. 'That's Mrs. Pridemore.' I thought.

    I walked forward and came into the light so she could see me a bit better. I began to walk closer to her before I stopped and sat down on the patio. She stared at me for a bit until saying, ''Come on in boy. I'll try to find your owner tomorrow after school.''

'Damn it I did not think about that. Tomorrow night is also a full moon. I wish I could be this way every night,' I thought.

    We walked in and I laid on the floor sprawled out like a normal dog. I fell asleep like this. My dream was like the others I've been having, and ends the same. Aria ends up dying and I wake up to see sunlight coming into the room. I look at myself and still notice that I'm in wolf form.

    When I hear footsteps I get up and stretch my limbs. (Still in wolf form.) I yawn and sit on ground. What I see almost gets me growling, but I stay calm. 'Wow you're better at this than I thought,' Berserk said.

Then I heard, ''Honey what's this mutt doing here?''

''Oh he's wanting to die. Scare him a little,'' Berserk said.

    I started growling and show off my canines. That got him scared. Then I heard him say, ''Take it easy boy.''

    I stopped and laughed in my head. I barked to signal let me out cause I had to use the grass. (Restroom for dogs.)
