Shadow's Final Adventure

Battling the Assassins part I

(Shadow's P.O.V)

    When I stopped running I was in a room with four hallways that could take me from here to where Erica is, I hope. I look into each hall and feel a different energy coming from each, but none of them were Erica's.

    Once I reached one of the last two hallways I felt several energies coming from that one hall alone.

    Before I could start running two more assassins appeared in front of me. One was a black haired female and the other was a blue haired male. Guessing from their levels of power their weaker than the other three I fought. I let my gauntlet appear and got ready to blast them to dust.

     Before I could blast them they both pulled out their swords and muttered something. Then they started changing into different forms. The black haired female grew two metal wings and held a metal rod with a spike on both ends. The male changed into something that had wind funnels around him, and he grew bone heads on his hands and feet. I said, ''I don't like my odds against the two of you.''

     I charged only to be sent into the wall by the girl, who through her metal rod at me. I put my right hand on her chest and got ready to blast her with cero. The other one charged and slashed at me with the wind funnels he had and sent me into the ground. I said, ''Where's the damn back up when you need it?''

    To answer my question a red blade sprouted from the girls chest and she died. The guy didn't even get a chance to react cause a phantom reaped him from behind. I got off the ground to see Heather and Whiger. I said, ''What are you two doing here?''

''I'm cause of Zen Aku sent a message. He found Erica only to be caught in battle with Remix,'' She said.

''I'm here cause Scorch wanted me to help you out,'' He said.

''Anyone else here?'' I asked.

''Yeah, Bailey came here to though she went to look for Caeleigh and Jack,'' She said.

''Well we might want to wait for them to show up cause there are eight halls, and to search them all everyone will need to be here,'' I said.

''What exactly are we facing here?'' Heather asked.

''Assassins with the power of resurreccion,'' I said.

''I've heard of something like that. The assassins have hidden powers in their swords,'' She said.

''Yep, and I've faced three so far. Numbers Eleven and Twelve and then Ten. Now these two,'' I said.

    We stood in silence for the next few minutes until Caeleigh, Jack, Bailey, McKenzie, and Scorch came in. I said, ''We need to split up and search each of these ways.''

''Mind telling us what we're facing before we continue,'' Scorch said.

''We're facing assassins with the power of Resurrccion,'' I said.

    No one was surprised by me saying that except for Bailey. The eight of us split up and went down the four different always. As Bailey and I ran she went down a separate hallway than I did.

    When I stopped I was in a battle stadium and across from me was someone who had black clothing on instead of white and his hair was white.

    Before I had time to react he appeared in front of me and his hand on my chest. He said, ''Too slow.''

    Then he attacked and sent me flying through the other side, and blasted me with a cero. I landed outside, but when I looked into the sky it was clear as day. I got up and faced the guy that shot me with the cero. I said, ''What's your name bucko?''
