Today the two had been paired up for a project. How convenient.

Everything about him was interesting to her. From the curly hair that topped his head to his simplistic style, he was a mystery she needed to solve. What exactly she was solving was unknown to her, but she was determined to know him more, to see beneath the surface.

This was odd for her, as she barely cared about most people she encountered, other than her best friend of course. He pulled her out of her thoughts, asking what she was going to draw for her project.

"I was thinking of a field of flowers, there's one right near my house and I've always wanted to draw it. What about you?" "A scene of a park,surprisingly," He said with a slight chuckle.

She was confused, apparently not aware on this little inside joke he had with himself, "Why is that so surprising?" She posed "Because I hate the outdoors."

She decided not to pry, even though every bone in her body was begging her to do the opposite and ask why.
