"You guys aren't done yet!" Narrator chimed.
I felt the sense of impending doom worsen. I wanted to disappear. My arms began to shake again, and I tried my hardest to keep myself together. Narrator proceeded to explain that we still had to locate the key to the box. As he continued his explanation, I put the Prayer Room key in my pocket. My breathing became shallow and my hands felt clammy. My heart pounded and my anxiety skyrocketed once he told us to search the entire building for the key. They were supposed to lock the door after I left, I thought. I repeated sentences similar to that one in my head, trying to ease my paranoia.
We started with the Library. I opened some books, frantically flipped through the pages, and found nothing. Robin and Marina looked under tables and emptied a few boxes. Trevor and Hina didn't actually do very much searching; they instead expressed their concern for Shiloh.
"I hope Narrator's boss isn't holding her captive..." Hina remarked.
Next, we searched the Pantry together. Since it was a smaller room, we spent less time there. Again, we had no luck. I refused to enter the Medical Supply Room for obvious reasons. I tried to remain composed, but Trevor could obviously tell I was uneasy. He didn't address my restlessness, but he frowned at me slightly.
Instead of checking the Medical Supply Room with the others, I headed back to the Library. After some time had passed, the others returned as well, claiming they had also searched Hallway 1.
"Wait...where's Marina?" Robin asked as he turned around to look for her.
Before he could say anything else, Marina came back, sprinting clumsily. As she got closer to us, I noticed she was crying. She grabbed Robin's arm and instructed all of us to follow her. At that moment, I felt like I was going to lose my shit.
