Witches Of East End

Chapter 4

   As they heard a knock on the front door, Julia opened it up and there were four policemen standing there on the porch. "Julia Cloven, you're under arrest for the murder of the recent death of the homeless man, Dennis Holt." The officer said as he handcuffed Julia. "Wait, no! I didn't do anything." Julia screamed as the policemen took her off the porch, and stuffed her into the police car. Julia was in so much shock and in so much confusion, she couldn't even speak. As Diana, Ravine, Samara, and Minerva all ran outside on the porch, all they saw was Julia being taken away by the police.

   Mallory made herself comfortable on the long expensive couch in Ruby's living room. "So, are you gonna tell me why you're here?" Ruby asked with an annoyed look on her face. "I hope you know, the portal is open. Someone brought my back to life, since you killed me 200 years ago." Mallory replied. "What am I suppose to tell my son when he comes home? He didn't even know his father." Ruby asked. "Oh my god!" Mallory yelled with a loud laugh. "What do you find so funny about this?" Ruby asked as she looked out the front window. "How sad and pathetic, your son doesn't even know his mother is a witch. Now that's what I call bad parenting." Mallory said with a cocky tone, as Ruby stormed out of the room in anger.

   "What just happened?" Samara asked with a scared tone in her voice. "Julia isn't a murderer, it had to be the shapeshifter that did this, Julia wouldn't kill someone just to do it." Minerva said. "Why don't we just use magic, hello ladies, did you forget who we are?" Diana asked. "I agree with her." Ravine said. "Come on Ravine, you only know a couple of spells, same with Samara. I really don't think that's the best idea." Minerva said as she looked at both of them. "Oh come on mom, we can surely teach them." Diana said with a smile on her face.

   As the policemen pulled in front of the police station, they pulled Julia out of the car. "Please, this is all a mistake, it wasn't me." Julia said as she tried to use her magic against them, but she felt to weak and tired. They walked towards the station and a woman standing outside opened up the door in front of them, and they walked inside. "You'll be in this county cell until it's time for court, you're going to jail Miss Cloven." The Officer said as she threw her in the cell and closed the door. "Let me out!" Julia screamed as she began hitting the cars. "Be quiet." He mumbled. "Come back here!" She screamed as the lights in the room shut off completely. Julia lied down on the bed and closed her eyes. As she finally opened them back up, the lights in the cell dorms began to flicker. As she looked outside her cell, she saw a shadowy figure watching her from behind the bars.

   Samara and Ravine learned all the necessary spells they needed for today to help save Julia. "See, that wasn't so hard was it?" Diana asked as she patted both of them on the back. "So just the four of us are gonna do this? Nobody else is gonna help us?" Samara asked with a confused look on her face. "You better believe it's just going to be us four, we don't need anyone else to help us, we're the Cloven's, now, let's get to that police station." Minerva said with a smile.

   Dean was in his office in the hospital trying to get in touch with Samara for the third time. "Come on, answer Samara." Dean said with anger as he slammed his cell phone down on his desk. Harper walked into the room. "Hey, I'm heading out, my shift is over, I'll see you tomorrow morning." She said with a smile. "See you." Dean replied. "Wait, what's wrong?" She asked. "Samara hasn't answered me all day long, and I'm worried." Dean said with a concerned look on his face. "I wouldn't worry about it, just give her time, is girls are always busy and up to something." Harper said with a smile as she left the office.

   Diana, Minerva, Samara, and Ravine all arrived at the police station. They parked in the parking lot, and saw guards watching them front the outside. "Alright girls, you know the plan, I'll go in first, and I'm gonna enhance all of them to stop doing what their doing, and they'll all freeze for a certain period of time." Diana said as she fixed her leather boots, and got out of the car. "Good luck." Minerva said. Diana ran over to the door of the station. "May I help you Mam?" The office asked. "Yes, I actually think I lost something behind this bush right her, can you please help me?" She asked. "Certainly." The man replied as they both walked over the bush on the side of the station. "Actually, I didn't loose anything." Diana said as she hit the office in the back of the head with a brick. She quickly turned into cat form, as Samara quickly snuck over and hit behind the bush with the cat. Samara picked up a giant rock, and tossed it at the door so it made a loud bang. As one of the police officers opened the door to see what the noise was, the black cat quickly snuck under his feet into the police station.

   As Julia made her way over to the shadowy figure, she saw it was the shapeshifter. "Just tell me why you framed me to be a murderer." Julia said as she heard a loud sound outside the in the office, and the shapeshifter disappeared. The black cat squeezed its way into the holding cell with a pair of keys in it's mouth. Julia grabbed the keys, and the cat replied with a small "Meow." As the cat turned back into Diane. "Long time, no see sister!" Diana said with a smile on her face. "Nice job." Julia replied as she unlocked the cell with the keys and they both ran out.

   Minerva walked into the police station through the back door and she was stopped by a group of six officers. "What do you think you're doing mam?" The officer asked. "Well, you left your back door open." Minerva replied as she lifted her hand up in the air and all of the officers blacked out and fell on the ground. Just as one of the officers inside the station walked into the room, he pulled out his gun to shoot Minerva, as Ravine came behind him and hit him in the head with a a metal pipe. "Thanks dear." Minerva said with a smile. "I think I killed him." Ravine said in shock. "Don't worry about it, nobody will ever know." Minerva said as she checked the mans pulse. Julia and Diana all met up with them, and they all hugged Julia. "I'm impressed girls." Julia said as they all ran out of the police station and they heard police sirens in the distance. Samara was outside in the car waiting for them. "Let's get outta here!" She yelled, as everyone piled up in the car, and they left the station.
