Chani <Request>

This was requested by @eunbin_kang, I'm sorry that it took soooo long and that it's really bad I'm suffering from some major writers block so I hope you understand. I'll try better next time, I promise! :)

Swinging your legs back and forth you watch the leaves fall around you. Taking your phone out of your pocket and start texting out a message:

Chani!! Where are you?  Sighing, you watch your legs swing mindlessly before stopping as you spot your boyfriend making his way over before feeling your phone buzz against your palm.

Lifting your phone up, you smile when you read his text:

Where are you? I'm here now...

You watch as he walks closer to you before stopping and spinning around in confusion. Covering your mouth with your hand you stifle the laughter before deciding to reveal yourself. Reaching for a nearby piece of branch, you break it off and throw it down making sure to aim for the top of his head. 

The little branch bounces off his head and he quickly whips his head up before grinning when he sees you sitting on the tree branch above him. You laugh lightly before waving down at him and gesturing him to come up. "Yah! What are you doing up there Y/N?" your boyfriend asks as he smiles at you. "Come on up and find out then if your so curious" you tease back swinging your legs back and forth again.

He crosses his arms against his chest and smirks at you as he says "hmmm, well I'm not that curious so I guess I'll just stay here". Laughing you reply "alright, suit yourself bye!!", waving after you finish your sentence. Your boyfriends eyes widen before he makes his way over to the trunk of the tree making you smile in victory before quickly pulling a straight face as he glances back up at you.

Chani lets out a grunt and you burst out in laughter as you watch him struggle to climb up the tree, shaking your head the entire time. He playfully glares at you as he continues trying to climb his way up to you, after a few attempts he gives up and sits on the ground before staring up at you.

"You know what, I think I'll just stay down here.. the grass looks comfortable enough" he states making you pout in response. Patting the spot next to you, you put on your best puppy face as you say "awww, but Chani please". You hear him sigh before you let out a soft cheer of victory as you watch him try to climb up the tree once again.

"Need help?" you say grinning the whole time, your boyfriend looks to you unimpressed before reaching  commenting "you couldn't have offered the first time?". You shrug your shoulders as he plops down next to you breathing out tired as you teasingly bump him slightly and say "what's the fun in that?". Chani laughs along with you as you both joke around together.

Once the laughter settles down you both sit in comfortable silence looking out from the tree, enjoying the view. "Hey, I think you got something over there" Chani suddenly says as he points to your cheek, you blush embarrassed as you go to wipe your cheek but your boyfriends hand flies out as he holds your hand in his.

Confused you looked to him questioningly before he smiles at you mischievously. He quickly leans forward and you smile happily when you feel his lips kiss your cheek. Leaning your head against your boyfriends shoulder you sigh as you snuggle closer to Chani, loving when he throws his arm over your shoulder and hugs you closer to him.

"So when do you have to be back?" you ask breaking the silence, Chani suddenly sits up straight throwing you off unbalance as you scream slightly. Your boyfriend instantly wraps his arms tightly around you as he looks to you concerned. Leaning back he moves his hand to tilt your chin up as he mumbles "sorry I shouldn't of done that... are you okay jagi?". Looking into his eyes you smile trying to lift his mood up as you lean up quickly and kiss him on the lips. 

Pulling back you both smile at each other before you settle back safely on the branch when Chani bumps his head against a nearby branch when he shifts sideways. "Maybe sitting up a tree isn't the best idea?" you say facing Chani as he grumbles pulling some leaves out of his hair. He laughs while nodding his head in complete agreement. "I gotta get back to the studio soon Y/N..." Chani says sadly as he looks apologetically at you. "It's alright Chani, I understand the life of an idol" you teasingly say as you poke his side watching in laughter as he flinches at your touch. 

"Your lucky you're cute..." you hear Chani whisper and you strike a cute pose as he smiles at your action before mimicking you. Scrunching your face in fake disapproval you say "alright time to go now before you start doing more aegyo", he drops his mouth in fake shock as he holds a hand to his heart "why must you hurt me Y/N?". You poke your tongue in reply having no comeback and he laughs knowing this.

The two of you slowly make your way down, Chani grabbing your waist as he helps you onto the ground. You stand on your tip toes and kiss his cheek in thanks and laugh when he points to his lips. Rolling your eyes you lean up again and go to kiss his lips this time but quickly give him a peck on the cheek again before taking off running down the park laughing the whole time.

"YAH! Come back! That wasn't a proper kiss jagi!" your boyfriend yells and you take a peek over your shoulder squealing when you see him running after you. Picking up your pace you run faster losing him in a crowd of tourist nearby and take cover behind a large tree. 

You don't have time to catch your breathe before you scream as Chani jumps in front of you yelling "BOO!". Hitting his arm several times you say with each hit "Dont! Do! That! To! Me!". Chani rubs his arm in fake hurt as he grabs ahold your hands in his stopping your harmless abuse, you pout looking up at him before he presses you against the tree.

"Can I get my kiss now?" he says fluttering his eyes repeatedly as he pulls his best puppy face and you pretend to think about this before going to say something. Your interrupted when his lips come crashing down on yours making you laugh against his lips before kissing him back. When the two of you pull away he smiles innocently before stating "you took too long to reply", going to argue back he laughs before again kissing you. You sigh giving up and kiss him back.
