I Promise <3

Chapter 3

Rose and I jumped out of the car, almost tripping on the driveway and sprinted down the driveway singing Starships while spinning in circles really really quickly. ”STARSHIPS WERE MEANT TO FLYYYYYYYYY” Rose not watching spun fast and crashed into the garage door. She hit her head with a mighty bang, I was trying so hard not to laugh and covered my mouth, letting out little giggles, that’s when I saw Niall run to be at her side, helped her up, “ahh shit my head” Rose said rubbing her forehead, “here will this help?” Niall said cheekily kissing her forehead. The boys in the car all sounded “OOOOOHHHHHHHHH” Niall shot them a dirty look “fuck off!!” he exclaimed. “Don’t worry about them, I’m fine now thanks to you” Rose winked. I turned the key to open the front door; I scurried through my wardrobe and pulled out my brand new Mink Pink green and blue tie dyed shorts and a cropped white lace boob tube and favourite red vans. I rushed a quick braid in my hair and applied mascara and double checked that it was waterproof because I knew all the excitement from being out on the town with One Direction would eventually get to me. I walked out the door with Rose who was holding an icepack to her head, I heard wolf whistles coming from the car I knew it was Harry, “Harry you goose” I said as I playfully punched his arm he winked and laughed.

The car then pulled up out the front of Rose’s house, she stormed inside and ripped her wardrobe to pieces and found her favourite outfit her light blue ripped shorts and red sleeveless button up tie top her red vans. I quickly helped her straighten her hair and braided her fringe back, and applied some foundation to cover the red mark on her face from running into my garage. Rose got back into the car, Niall patted the vacant seat next to him Rose smiled and sat down. I quickly nudged her and winked, she let out a huge smile. I loved seeing Rose happy.

Niall had his arm wrapped behind Rose’s back with is hand dangling down from Rose’s shoulder. “Where are we going?” I asked Zayn “First stop the opera house, then we can continue on from there on foot.” The car pulled up out the front of the Opera House, we walked past the Harbour Bridge and took a boat and passed Luna Park. The boat suddenly stopped and we walked off onto the wharf and entered Luna Park, Rose has never been a fan of roller coasters, so she was sarcastically telling me how much fun she was going to have tonight. Louis was like a child in a jumping castle he couldn’t contain his excitement and grabbed Harry’s hand and ran for the UFO, we all followed them close behind.

Niall was holding Rose’s hand they were so cute together, I looked up at Zayn he winked at me and grabbed my hand he looked me in the eyes and whispered “Soph you’re amazing did you know that?” he then pecked me on the cheek with a kiss ,it was that moment when I realized I was head over heels in love with Zayn Malik. We finally reached the UFO Harry, Louis, Liam, Niall and Rose were waiting in line eager to get on the ride. Zayn asked me “Babe, you coming?” I hesitated and replied “no sorry Zayn I have a weak stomach and can’t handle rides that spin” “please babe do it for me?” he pleaded “ahh Zayn you’re so persuasive” I whispered, “one of my many talents” he cheekily replied as he kissed me on the forehead. It was our turn to go on the UFO, I was standing next to Zayn in the line, I was really scared and was gripping onto his hand like it was my lifeline. “Don’t be scared I will always be there to protect you I promise” he said in a deep voice I knew that he meant it with all his heart. The ride began, it started to spin I was feeling as sick as a dog, it got faster and faster then it suddenly came to a halt and it was over.

I felt faint and lightheaded Rose knew that something was up ”Soph you look as pale a ghost are you ok?” I suddenly collapsed and only remember being caught by strong arms with bulging biceps, it was Louis. I couldn’t remember what happened but Rose told me I had blacked out, I opened my eyes to see Zayn staring down on me with his terror filled brown eyes “Soph, are you ok gorgeous? I feel so bad for making you go on!” I tried to sit up but my head was pounding and I fell back down to the ground, luckily Zayn caught my head. “You guys go ahead I just need to sit down and rest, Zayn go have fun please” I said not wanting to spoil his night.  “I’ll sit with her Zayn go have fun mate love yah bro” Louis said “are you sure Soph?” he asked I knew he didn’t want to leave me “go please have fun you only come to Luna park once right?” I laughed.  He hesitated “Ok baby I’ll be back soon I promise” he kissed my forehead and headed off into the darkness with the others, I had Louis by my side.
