Chapter 19

Zayn’s Point of View:

We all stripped down and chucked our clothes and towels into a huge pile, Rose’s phone began to ring “I’ve tried playing it cool but when I’m looking at you” her ring tone was one thing trust her to have that. She answered and had a really worried look on her face Soph rushed to her side, we were all really confused. Rose took the phone away from her ear and asked if her and Soph could be excused for a minute, and then they ran off up the beach and behind the lifeguard tower where we could no longer see them. “do you guys know what that was all about?” I asked them and they all just shook their heads. “we can wait for girls to came back, don’t worry you have all day to learn from Smallzy the master of the ocean” Smallzy said to us, we burst out in hysterics, man he was so funny. But I couldn’t get the worried looks of Soph and Rose’s faces out of my head. What was wrong?

Rose’s Point of View:

We hid behind the life guard tower so the boys couldn’t see us, “sorry head mistress Swift, I just had to come further up the beach I couldn’t hear you” I told her hoping she wouldn’t yell, “Good morning Rose, I am so sorry I heard about Annabelle I just wanted to call to send my condolences and discuss whether your coming back to school or not as it returns in 2 days” she was asking me whether I wanted to go back to school honestly I hadn’t really thought about it, “thank you miss, it means a lot to me and I’m not sure if I want to return to school the memories are far too painful, could I have a day to think it through?” I asked praying she would say yes “sure honey whatever you need and also I know your with Soph, I know how close she was with Annabelle so if she doesn’t want to return either than that is also understandable, call up tomorrow morning and tell me what you have chosen, choose wisely love talk to you tomorrow” “thank you miss we will discuss it tonight and talk to you in the morning” I hung up the phone and just stared at Soph blankly, did I really just want to drop out of school, and throw away my education? I would just get home schooled, I couldn’t handle the school sluts having another reason to pick on me. I began to cry, the head mistress had just bought up the subject of Annie, which was still a touchy subject with me and Soph hugged me. I wiped away my tears and began heading back down the beach to go back to the boys and Smallzy who were waiting patiently for us.

Louis’s Point of View:

While we were waiting for the girls to come back we all stripped off and put our wetsuits on. Zayn couldn’t swim so he just took off his top and sat back down on the towel alongside Paul. Smallzy handed us a surfboard each, I had a feeling this wasn’t going to go to well, I am not the most experienced surfer but Liam used to surf all the time when he went on family holidays. I turned around and saw Soph and Rose slowly making their back down the beach, Zayn and Niall ran towards then and hugged them tight

Niall’s Point of View:

I saw the girls coming back towards us I nudged Zayn and we both ran at them, I could see that Rose’s eyes were really red, I think she had been crying “baby girl you ok?” I asked her “we will talk later baby don’t worry I’m fine lets go have fun” she told me. We got back to the boys and Smallzy and the girls stripped off their shorts and tee shirts “WOOOO BABY TAKE IT OFF” Harry yelled and the girls went bright red. We grabbed our boards and headed for the water, I saw Soph kissing Zayn on the head as she left towards the water. “Ok guys and girls ready to catch some waves?” Smallzy asked us “HELL YEAAAH” we all shouted in unison, we paddled out to where the waves were calm and sat their waiting for the perfect wave, a wave was approaching and Smallzy said he would go first to demonstrate, he rode the wave perfectly, he paddled back out to us and told Liam he had to ride the next wave. The wave came rolling in and Liam began to paddle, he stood up and somehow managed to stay balanced, I caught the next wave with Louis, Soph and Rose, we were all spread apart, we paddled towards the wave and I got to my knees and fell down, Rose didn’t even make it t other knees, Louis was too far forward on the board and nose-dived to the bottom and Soph just rode the wave all the way into shore on her stomach. Harry rode the wave flawlessly. I decided that I didn’t want to embarrass myself, so I just swam around carelessly.
