Viktor PoV

'Yuuri!' I called out 'Yuuri!' I got no answer as I stared at the blackness that surrounded me, I began to panic
'Yuuri! Makkachin! Yuuri! Anyone! I'm scared it's dark!' I shrieked, as a hand touched my shoulder, making me scream and punch what was around me, my fist connecting with someone's cheek, tripping over the sheets on the bed, where I was previously sat.
'Yuuri!' I shouted, cried, called.
'Yes, Viktor...' He answered quietly, his voice wavering as he cried,
'W-why are you crying?' I asked, knowing exactly why
'Why the hell do you think?' He asked, crying more, hearing his sniffles made me begin to cry myself, I never ever wanted to make Yuuri cry, it hurt me to hear his sweet voice so scared?
I began to reach out in front of me, my hand catching nothing,
'Yuuri...I can't see...help me, please...I'd...' Ugly sobs left my mouth 'I'd... Never hurt you... On purpose...' I said, curling into a ball on our bedroom floor, in a pool of my own tears.
'Viktor?' Yuuri asked, stroking my shoulder, soothing me.
'Yes?' I asked, quietly,
'Can you tell where I am? By my voice?' He questioned, moving away from me, I tried to follow his voice, to no avail, I went left and he went right, I had my arms outstretched like a zombie, my head turning like crazy, trying to find my beautiful husband.
'Yuuri...' I said quietly, falling to the ground, as the tears began to fall
'What's wrong? Babe, what's wrong? Vitya?' He asked frantically
'I-I'll never get to see you again, will I?'
I asked, tears leaving wet streaks down my cheeks,
'Don't...' I heard his voice begin to crack as if he were a teenager, as he clapped a hand over his face, I reached for it, lightly taking his hand in mine, turning it over, Palm up.
I began to draw swirls and circles on his palm, it seemed to make him feel better, I used to do this whenever he was nervous, sometimes I'd 'write' Russian words on his palm and he'd try and guess what they meant, now was not one of those moments.
'I love you Yuuri,' I said as I embraced his shaking body
'I love you too, Viktor' he said back, I heard the smile in his voice, he was going to push through this, for us both, I knew it...
