A Ticking Clock:
Chapter 12:
Felicity's POV:
"This is our backyard." Finn said to me as I looked around. It looked plain with a small soccer goal and a few unused toys decorating it. "What do you do out here?" I asked him and he smiled. "C'mon I'll show you." he ran through the forest and I followed him.
I saw people older than us working as we ran past them. Finn would wave and greet them by name as we passed by. Finn and I ended up in front of a big castle. "You're a king?" I asked as the guards let us in. "No I'm a prince." He smiled and we walked in. "Oh Prince Finn. Who's your guest?" a girl with long brown hair and hazel eyes asked him, taking his jacket and mine. "This is Felicity, my friend." He smiled at me, still holding my hand. I smiled back. "Hello." I said politely. "It's nice to meet you Ms. Felicity, I'm Lola." She said and smiled. I smiled back as Finn took me upstairs. "Wanna see my room?" he asked me. I nodded and he opened the door.
The room was huge, about the size of our apartment in Oxford! There was a big double poster bed and a large golden chandelier on the ceiling. I gasped and looked around. "Like it?" he asked. I nodded and sat on his bed with him. "It's bouncy too." He smiled and stood up. He started bouncing up and down and I giggled and joined along with him. We bounced up and down for a while until someone knocked on the door. We jumped onto the floor and Finn answered the door. "Dinner's ready." I heard someone say and Finn looked at me. "C'mon." he said and held out his hand. I grabbed it and we walked downstairs.
"Everything was wonderful." I said to Lola as we sat in the big majesty chairs in the main sitting area. "No problem Felicity." She smiled and put on Finn's crown. She put one on me and I smiled at Finn. He smiled back and we heard a loud clang from a clock. "What's wrong?" I asked and he smirked, handing me a pillow. "C'mon." he smiled and took me down the hall. We hid and saw children in our age wearing crowns and hats running around. "Ready?" Finn asked with the biggest smile on his face. I nodded and we both ran to them and began hitting them with our pillows. They laughed and hit us back multicolored feathers flew everywhere. The most biggest pillow fight I've ever been in.
A/N: The side is what Felicity and Finn did :)
