Rosalie gently shakes me awake the morning of my mother's visitation in Port Angeles. She can't go, she will be hunting. Jared Cameron and his imprint, Kim, are driving me. Rosalie hands me the attire she chose before she leaves and Kim walks on.

"Oh Sage!" Kim hugs me, I break down in her arms. "It's alright. She'd want you happy, she wouldn't wanna see your tears."

I pull away from her and wipe my eyes. "Thanks, Kim. I really needed to hear that."

She sits on my red chair as I get ready for this depressing dress. Jared walks in right after Kim zips my dress for me. He smirks and he falls back on my bed. I sit on the edge of the bed and I put my heels and jewelry on.

"Let's go to Port Angeles." Jared says before we follow him outside.

I get into the backseat of Jared's car, because his imprint needs to be nearest to him. Jared starts the car on and the air on for me. He pulls out of the drive and drives along.

"My mom was with Sam when he first phased." I say softly. "She accepted him. He broke up with her, he started dating Leah. My mother got together with my father in college. Mom fell pregnant, and Sam became alpha." I smirk. "I turned 17, he got with Emily. I am 18, he is engaged and she is dead."

"What happened to your father?" Kim asks. "If you don't mind me asking."

"He committed choices when I was ten, he had depression after his parents died." I reply.

They give me a sad smile as Jared pulls into the parking lot of the funeral home. Sam greets us and I walk in with his fiancée, Emily Young.

"I am sorry to hear about your mother." She whispers as we reach my mother's casket.

"She had cancer; the doctors said they tried to save her, it just spread too fast." I reply.

Emily wraps an arm around my shoulder. "If you ever need parental figures, Sam and I are just across the river from you."

I hug her tightly, probably catching her by surprise. After a few moments, she finally hugs me back. I sniffle before pulling away.

"Thank you Emily." I whisper.

She smiles before we go and take out seats. Sam goes up to look at my mother.

"Did he says your mother?" Emily asks.

I nod. "Back when he first phased. He dumped her for Leah."

She smiles. "What kind of person was she?"

I smile warmly. "My mother was the most amazing woman on this planet. She would put others before herself. She loved nature. She was always bragging about me."

Emily smiles. "She seems amazing."

I lay my head on her shoulder. "Most of all, she accepted my being gay."

Emily wraps an arm around me. "Sam and I accept you too."

I smile before the preacher comes in. A frown reaches my face by the time Sam sits on the other side of me. I am seated between Sam Uley and Emily Young.

"She asked both of us to give eulogies at her funeral tomorrow." Sam tells me.

I nod. "Alright."

Sam drives me home, before he and Emily head back towards La Push. I walk into my empty house and I lock my heels off at the door. I climb the stairs and I go to my bathroom, and I take a steaming hot shower to wash off the toxins of the day.

After putting on some decent smelling pajamas, I go and pick my heels up. I carry them to my room and throw them in my closet. I climb down the ladder into the library. I grab a notebook from my stash and I write out my ecology.

The doorbell stops me in mid sentence. I lay my pencil down and I climb back up the ladder. I walk to the main floor and I open up the door to see the Cullen clan.

"Hey, guys." I smile. "Come in, let's all go to my library."

I lead them to the ladder and climb down. Carlisle and Edward seem pleased with my selection. I go back to a desk in the back and pick my pencil up.

"What are you working on?" Alice asks as she sits on the desk.

"Sam Uley and I were designated by my mother to give the eulogy." I reply. "She left me the house and everything in it to me in her will."

She kisses my head before exploring the books in the library. Esme asks if she can cook in my kitchen.

"Go for is, mama Esme." I smile. "It's in the second floor, midways."

She smiles. "Alright."

"Do you have a study?" Carlisle asks.

I nod. "Follow me. Rose! Make sure Emmett don't touch my eulogy. Nobody reads it, y'all will hear it at the funeral."

I climb the ladder, with Carlisle behind me. I walk him up to the third floor and show him the study. He smiles at the room.

"This is nice." He smiles and pulls a photo of his with him in the picture.

"Esme snapped this

"Esme snapped this." He smirks.

We find the others in the kitchen. Janette is mesmerized the house and it is all mind now. I step out in the balcony and I stare across the trees. My cell rings and I answer without checking ID.

"Hello?" I mumble into the phone.

"Sage, its Sam." He says. "I just finished my eulogy."

I smile. "I have visitors, I'll finish it when my girlfriend and her family go home."

"I forget your dating Rosalie." He chuckles. "It's good you're happy."

I blush. "Yeah. Prom is coming up."

"Has she asked you yet?" He asks.

I smirk. "No, she hasn't."

"She will, I bet she will soon." He says. "Can I come to your graduation?"

I smile to myself. "Yes. You're invited by me, so you can come into Forks High School."

Sam and I talk a bit before I hang up. I see everyone but Rosalie out. I go back to the library and I finish my eulogy. I carry it to my room with me and lay it on the desk. Rosalie lays behind me again. He kisses my hair before I fall asleep fully.
