Esme is in my room when I wake up. She informs me that Rosalie is getting dressed for the funeral. Esme hands me the clothes she chose for me and she leaves, saying they will meet me at the funeral home. Sam is picking me up.

Once I am fully ready, I grab my eulogy and I walk onto the front porch. I sit on a yard chair and I wait for Sam to show up. I see Emily's jeep pull up and it is Sam.

"Emily is getting ready; we have to pick we up then we will head to Port Angeles." Sam informs me as I climb into the jeep.

"Sounds like a plan." I smile.

"What did she leave you?" He asks.

"The house and everything in it." I reply.

"Nice." He smirks. "She left me custody of you."

I smile. "I know. She told me all about it before she died."

Sam and I go inside their house and I feel comfy immediately.

"Hey Sage." Paul greets.

I eye him up and down, he's in a tux. "You clean up well, Lahote."

He smirks and flexes his muscles. "I know, yeah?"

I roll my eyes. "I'm not sure if I wanna ride with the engaged couple."

"Ride with me." Paul suggest. "Rachel is riding with Jacob and Billy."

"Alright." I smile. "SAM! I'm riding with Paul "

"Alright!" He calls back. "Be careful!"

Paul and I go out to his truck. I fasten my seatbelt before he pulls away from this house. He drives towards Port Angeles. He pulls up to the funeral home the same time as Jacob.

Rachel hugs me when I get out of Paul's truck. I choke on a sob as I hug the beautiful female back. She whispers soft things in my ear, relaxing me.

"Lets get to our seats." Rachel says.

I am with the Cullen's. I sit between Janette and Rosalie. Alice is beside Jasper, Emmett is on the other side of Janette. Bella is here with Edward, on the other side of Rosalie. Carlisle and Esme are in front of us.

"Janae Turner was an amazing woman." The preacher speaks. "She wants her good friend and her daughter for her eulogy. Sage Turner, would you like to go first?"

I let out a shaky breath before standing at my mom's head. They haven't closed the casket yet, food.

"They haven't closed this casket yet, good. Mom, I miss you already." I say. I look out at the people attending her funeral. "My mother, Janae Regina Turner, was an amazing person. She always put others before herself. She bragged on me, her only daughter, every moment she got a chance." I pause as I begin breaking. "She loved nature, she was always outdoors. Sam, her high school sweetheart, told me that he never got her to go inside places until dark." I say with a broken voice. "Mom, I miss you. What am I gonna do without you?"

Rosalie has to help me back to my seat, because I am crying so hard. She pulls me into her tight grasp, letting me cry it out.

The preacher has a sad smile when he takes his spot. "Now for Janae's good friend and high school sweetheart, Samuel Uley of La Push."

Sam steps up and he eyes my mother. "Wow, I never expected to see Janae like this. She has been in my life for heck.... 20 years?" He smiles down at her again. "She was my first actual love in high school. First sexual partner, first girlfriend, first kiss.... First heartbreak." He chuckles. "Janae always told others I dumped her. That's not really it. She.... well, she got pregnant in college, then she broke up with me. That was eighteen years ago, by me."
