Rachel chose my clothes for going home to Forks. She and Paul went and got my car when I fell asleep. I get dressed and I look in the mirror. I look a lot like my mother.
I leave the room and the pack all looks at me, even Leah. I cower behind Paul, my new friend.
"Guys!" Sam snaps.
"Sorry." They all mutter.
"We just found out you are Sam's daughter and that you just phased." Leah says. "He says your mother left him before he dated me."
"That's true." I shrug.
"Great." Sam groans. "Another Janae. You have her attitude."
They all laugh. I smile and sit between Jared and Paul. Kim is on Jared's other side, Rachel is on Paul's other side. Kim seems jealous of me.
"Kim, dear," Rachel says. "There is nothing to worry about. Sage is lesbian, and she imprinted on Rosalie."
Leah chokes on her lemonade. "I didn't know you liked girls. I do too."
I smile. "I accept you."
"I accept you, too." Leah smirks at me.
I finish the amazing breakfast Emily cooks. "Emily, you are an outstanding cook."
"Thank you, Sage." She grins at me.
Rachel and I leave.
"Wait!" We stop when we hear Leah call. "Can I join?"
"Of course!" I chirp.
We get into my car and I drive towards Forks. Leah gasps at the sight of my house, Rosalie is on the porch.
"Rose. You, me, Leah, and Rachel are having a sleep over. Go invite Janette and Alice. No boys allowed." I tell her.
Rosalie smirks and she nods. She kisses me softly before flashing across the street. I show Leah and Rachel around my house. Rachel fell in love with my library. Leah is interested by the guest rooms, of how simple and how classy they are.
"Is rich being fun?" Rachel asks as we find the living room where I found mom dead.
"It has its dull moments." I reply. "Mother left this house and all the stuff to me."
"Nice." She smiles, looking around.
"Wanna go to the kitchen?" I ask. "Ill cook while we wait for Rosalie, Alice, and Janette."
While cooking spaghetti noodles, I get a text.
We can't come. Not with Leah there.
Too bad, she is my friend. See you at school tomorrow
I tell the girls what Rosalie said. Leah rolls her eyes before I tell her I defended her. I make plates when the food is done and we walk to the large dining room.
"You should have your graduation party here and invite the pack." Leah chirps.
"I'll tell Alice I want the party here." I say. "She is planning the event. But I can choose the ones I can invite. Bella is."
Leah nods before she takes a bite of the food I cooked. She is in love and says she wants to eat my cooking every night. I smile before I eat my food as well. Rachel is eating and texting, more than likely Paul. Rosalie won't talk to me because I have a member of my pack here. Well, she can be mad.
Rosalie, you can just be mad. Leah and I are in the pack together. You, my darling, can get over it. And Rachel is Paul's imprint, and Paul is my best friend. So, either accept this or you don't accept me. I can make you my best friend as my imprint.
I press send before I say I'm going back to shower. I go to the guest bathroom and I take a shower. I wash the toxins of today and I get out. My phone buzzes on the sink. Naked, I grab the phone and I bring up the new message.
Sage, I am sorry I cannot accept your being a wolf. I guess we can just be friends. But I want you to move on, and I want you to be happy. Okay? I promise, I will always love and protect you, you being my mate. I just cannot accept your being a dog.
On the day after my mother's funeral, Rosalie? I throw my phone across the bathroom and I slide down the bathroom wall.
"Sage?" Leah knocks on the door before opening it. "What happened?"
"Rosalie and I woke up because she couldn't accept me being a wolf." I whimper. "Looks like I'll be planning my own party for graduation and I'll be going to prom alone tomorrow night."
Leah smiles. "I'll go to your prom with you, you don't have to be alone."
Before I realized what's going on, I smash my lips into Leah's. She is shocked at first, but she soon wraps her arms around my naked body and kisses my back deeply. I smile as we pull apart.
"I'm tired, and I have to find somewhere to sit tomorrow besides with the Cullen's." I mumble.
"Rachel left, ill sleep with you." Leah whispers.
I put my pajamas on before we go up to me room.
"I'll ask Sam to build you a house in La Push." Leah says as we lay in my bed.
"I wanna keep this house though, my mother left it for me on her will." I say.
She nods and she wraps her arms around me. I smile at the feeling of her arms around me. We both fall asleep like this. 👩❤️💋👩❤️❤
