"Amariah leave me alone already!"
"Nooo i love it!" She said while braiding my hair.
"Why do you love black hair so much?"
"I dont know.. it just.. just looks good on you" she responded.
"Whatever.. but cmon i gotta go to my locker before the bell rings" i said while walking away.
"KY I WASNT DONE WITH THE BRAID" she yelled from a distance.
"I DONT CARE" i yelled out while taking out the braid.
When i made it to my locker i saw Amariah crush, Caleb walking down the hall with Akira.. vontae's ex.
Akira is known as the biggest hoe of the school. Boys mainly like her because of her ass and face. I mean besides that then she have nothing good going for her. Not tryna sound like a hater but She never wore her real hair out in public, Rarely wear pants she mainly wear dresses, and stay with chicken grease on her lips. I never really had a full on conversation with her, but her attitude towards others is just horrible. One reason why i keep my distance.
Now Caleb is one of the schools basketball players, hes good.. not as good as vontae though, but good. He's cool people, though he has a problem with cursing me out every now and then. Me and Caleb been going to same school since Pre-k. I wont say we close, but we talk now and then. Alot of girls like him because he's light skin with that nappy hair that girls like. They never take the time to see his personality which is stupid.
Him and Amariah been neighbors for eight years now. They don't really talk alot because every time he comes around she starts being extra shy. They use to be good friends until she started liking him and acting weird.
"Fuck you ky" he smiled while passing my locker. Same oh caleb, isn't he just so nice.
"Same to you caleb"
Thats just our friendship.

" Ok class we are finishing our painting today so gather your palettes and paint and get to work." Ms. Bell said.
"Where ya boy vontae at?" My associate Alexis asked.
"Hes not 'my boy' and how am I suppose to know?"
"Well i mean the whole school been talking about y'all"
"I dont care what the whole school been talking about."
"Your so dull Kyla"
"Alexis get away.."
Alexis Cooter.. the most annoying girl i fucking know. Not tryna be mean but she's just aggravating at times.. a lot of times. Me and her have good conversations sometimes, only when shes serious about a situation, like for example her school work. Shes very smart and I love that about her. Main reason why were associates.. only reason really.
"You love me Kyla... and speaking of the devil" Alexis said.
I turned my head to see Vontae walking in the class.
He looks depressed and mad at the same time.... cute.
He walks over to his seat and puts his head down on the desk.
I don't know if i should go over there or just leave him alone.
Before i could do anything, akira walks over there and sits down next to him.
I don't know what she think shes doing because shes not helping him right now. I should be the one over there checking upon him not her. You cheated on him, did him wrong, and now you wanna act like a real girlfriend.
"Akria tryna steal your man?"
"Alexis lemme explain something to you, that boy over there is not my man, boy, boo, bae, boyfriend, daddy, lover... etc"
"Ok fine. Akira tryna steal your husband?"
I rolled my eyes.
I looked back in that direction to see her now hugging him.
Im not mad. I mean why should i be? I dont like him, were just friends. But still the hoe aint gotta touch him. She didn't understand the whole 'break up' thing? Obviously not if shes still over there trying to make him feel better.
