Hetalia: Axis Powers (AKA Seasons one and two of Hetalia), has 52 episodes total. The first episode came out January 24, 2009, the last episode coming out March 5, 2010.
I find it interesting that the series ran for more than a year when most series with two seasons take longer to finish.
