Hetalia: World Series (AKA Seasons three and four of Hetalia), has 51 episodes total (including the Extra episodes). The first episode of the seasons came out on March 26, 2010, the last coming on September 16, 2011.
I find it pretty cool that both arcs have a similar span of when they started to when they ended.
