Iceland's first appearance in the anime was in the Hetalia movie, Paint It, White! He has a scene in the very beginning and at the very end, worrying about tourism. He appeared in the anime first in episode 79, as well, sitting with his puffin on both appearances.
Holy crap I didn't notice that with his appearances.
