Sweet 16

I stayed in the hospital A whole month. It was really serious. I am now, 3 months and 2 weeks. Chad mom was starting to get more involved in the pregnancy. She was so happy to be a grandmother. She even took me shopping a few times for new clothes for me and stuff for the baby. Chad was over more and more everyday. My doctor got me into classes for mommy and daddy. It's really been helping with my stress. Chad and I take walks around the park near my house a lot. I'm still not aloud to move around as much as i want. Some of the kids from school found out. Chad's been bragging a lot. Nancy found out. She's even been nicer to me. I still don't trust it. A lot of the girls brought my baby clothes and blankets. You wouldn't believe how much stuff we have now. Chad's mom and My dad thinks it's best that we start to move in together. I know what everyone is thinking. We're to young. With my situation it's best. We have a lot of things to do together. Plus he's been sleeping over a lot anyway. So it's best. I sleep way better when he's around i haven't had a bad dream since the hospital. Plus last week they took the balloon out of me. My bleeding has stopped. I've been eating healthy, plus i'm in amazing shape. Right Now Chad's reading to the baby. He loves talking to the baby. They really have full on conversations. I swear if it's a girl she's going to love basketball. They talk about it all the time.

"How do you think i did baby?" "Chad you do good every night." "Me and the baby have been talking about your birthday while you're sleeping." " Chad you're so weird, you wait til i go to sleep to talk serious with my baby." "Hey you mean our baby." We both laughed. "Chad i'm going to get some sleep no telling the crazy stuff i have to go through tomorrow. "Love you babe." Chad kisses me, "I love you more."

*Next Morning*

When i open my eyes there's these huge balloons that say sweet 16 all over my room. I'm super excited. I jump up. I know i'm suppose to take it easy, but it's my birthday and it's starting off amazing already. When i walk to the dresser i see this beautiful dress. It's light blue. It's beautiful. On the floor next to the dresser I see the prettiest sandals. They tie around your ankles. I hurry to brush my teeth and fix my hair. Before i leave the room i take a look at myself. I'm so proud of what i become. I stop to rub my belly. "Baby mommy loves you." I head downstairs it's super quite. Chad just left me he never leaves without letting me know. I head downstairs. There's nothing there. I go to the living room then the kitchen then the back yard. "SURPRISE." There's so many people here. Old neighbors, new neighbors, teachers, family, and friends. Tears run down my face. This is the biggest celebration i ever got. The decorations are even prettier than i excepted. My dad comes over (Mr. Mike) he hugs me and hands me 1600 dollars. That's a lot. I never had that much in my hand. "Happy 16 birthday baby." I'm so happy. So many people really came to celebrate me. Chad comes over and sweeps me off my feet. " You look beautiful babe." He says as he puts me down and spins me around. My dress flys with the wind and i feel like a princess. Then he kisses me. "Little baby you knew all along and didn't tell mommy." I tell my baby pointing at him or her. "Of course my little guy or girl was on daddy's side." Chad laughs pointing two fingers at me. "Quit it i say." Laughing at him. Bella runs over to me with a box in her hand. Wrapped in two shades of blue with black poke-a-dots. I wish i could pick her up, but my doctor says lifting is bad for me. You know it's good sometimes, because Chad won't even let me pick up my fork when he's around. "Bella hands me the box. "From me and mommy." She says. When i open it it's socks for the baby and and two all in one's that say "My Favorite Aunt" and "Word's greatest Grandma" I'm really emotional. I tend to cry a lot. I'm not even that far along. Chad comes and takes the box away from me and sit it on the present table and hugs me. "It's okay baby." I love when he comforts me. The funny thing is Bella started crying too. She's always been so emotional about me. I want to bend down and say it's okay Bella i'm just happy but instead, I look down at her and tell her. Then i tell her how i want to pinch her little checks. She laughs and go play with the other kids her age. I can't wait til i have my baby. He or she won't be nothing like i was i say as i rub my belly. You could see my belly button poke now too. My mom comes over and hands me a letter and kisses me. She moves me to the side as i read. "From dad". Reading those words could mess up a girl's whole day. I didn't even wanna think about him. I gave it back to my mother and walked back to my party. They had all type of food. They had my favorite steak. I could tell Chad was in on it because it came from my favorite restaurant. They had a fruit bar, an ice cream bar. I mean this was the best birthday party ever. I danced around with some girls from my school. When all the real crazy music came on i stood back i knew i couldn't get low. It was super fun though. Some of my mother's family from way out came too. They were surprised when my mother mentioned the baby. I didn't care what they thought though because this was my mini me. My little bundle of joy. Night hit quick. I was tired of being on my feet. We moved the party inside finally i sat. Me thinking the party was over was crazy. All the lights shut off. Then i saw a cake. It was huge. The candles lit the room. When the cake made it to me. Everyone started singing. Chad stood next to me. I held my belly. It was nothing else in the world a girl could ask for🖤When the party is finally over everyone cleans up before they leave. As my mom walks out the door with Bella she kisses Mr. Mike well you know dad. Then hands me that letter. Who would have known them two. Chad and I stand there eyeing him. He's blushing hella hard. We bust out laughing at him. Then he walks away ashamed. Chad and i make it to the bed room. He picks me up and lay me on the bed and start kissing me. After that i went took my shower and tried laying down, but Chad wanted to play. Finally i got him off of me and forced him to go take his shower. While Chad's in the shower. I lay in bed i grab the letter from out of the nightstand and start reading.

Dear my little girl,
About time you get this it should be your birthday. Happy 16 baby. I've been meaning to apologize for what i did to you. I know i was wrong. I was crazy. I lost my mind. I know nothing makes up for it not even my apology. I don't expect it to. I didn't feel like a man anymore you know. I love you you're my second born. How could i not. You mean everything to me. I'm really sorry. I miss you Bella and your Mom. I miss your sister too. I love all of you. I heard you're having a baby. I hope i didn't encourage you to hit the wrong path. I'm proud that you stood tall in front me. Im proud of you how you cared for your mother and sister. I hope one day you can forgive me.
