Usagi POV

I smiled kissing mom on her cheek.

"Are you sure you can handle going to school with humans?" her rabbit ears drooped.

"Yeah, plus Skylar and April will be there. I....want to be normal" I spoke softly.

"Okay....I packed steamed carrots and cabbage" she kissed me on my forehead.

"Thanks" I laughed.

I walked to the nearest bus stop and saw Yasmine trying to tie a ribbon over her cat ears.

"Hey Yasmine" I helped her.

"Mom...called me lazy" she wined.

"Mrs. Wilson can be harsh at times" I smiled nervously.

"I wanna go to the same school as you" she wined.

"You are 10 years old" I sighed.

"So?!" she hugged my leg.

"Hey!" Aaron parked his car in front of us.

Rika folded her arms looking really pissed off in his car.

"My wife....is not feeling well today" he smiled nervously.

"Shut up!" she said angrily.

"Pregnancy huh?" I smiled nervously.

"Sorry mommy is angry" Richard played with a ball of yarn in the back of the car.

"So....do you guys want a ride?" Aaron smiled proudly.

"Yes thank you!" Yasmine and my eyes sparkled.

"Ugh baka!" Rika rolled her eyes.

She said some Japanese angrily and looked really scary.

"Rika....." Aaron smiled nervously.

I stood in front of my classmates in our class.

"I'm.... Usagi Car....ter" I spoke softly.

"Usagi!" April screamed hugging herself.

"Hi...April" I smiled nervously.

Skylar smirked shaking her head.

"Usagi sit here!" Elaine smiled.

I sat in a seat beside her and Skylar.

"Hi guys" I smiled softly.

"Usagi what about your ears?" Elaine whispered.

"Fuzzy told me when she was in high school people thought it was a hair accessory" I smiled nervously.

April sighed carrying me to the bathroom.

"Here" her eyes shun while a magic ora surrounded her hands.

I touched my ears while I looked at the mirror.

"They are invisible" I smirked.

"So as mine" she smiled evilly.

"I need to leave school early to go to my part time job" I sighed.

"Why?! I'm sure Mr. Wilson can give your mom money" she wined.

"I want to earn money on my own for my mom, she has been working really hard" I smiled proudly.

"Okay, but if you do need help call me" she pouted leaving the bathroom.

"Yeah" I laughed.

I sighed exiting the bathroom and saw a boy. I became frightened staring at him smirking.

"You know-"

"Shhh! I do" he showed me some pictures of me, April and Skylar.

"Please don't tell anyone!" I started crying.

"Hmm....I don't know" he rubbed his chin.

"My dad could get a lot of money off this" he raised his eyebrow.

"Please!" I begged.

He smirked leaning towards me and threw water on my ears breaking the spell.

"You actually look cute but....money is way better" he dragged me closer to him.

"I'll do anything" I spoke softly.

"Anything?" he breathed on my neck.

"Yes" I wiped my tears.

"Be my maid" he whispered.

"Huh?" I smiled nervously.

"Here is my family's address and come in maid attire or....this will come out in the news" he chuckled.

I looked at him angrily as my ears drooped.

"You are so cute" he squeezed my cheeks.

"And my name is Francis" he waved walking down the hallway.

I held my chest tightly. I couldn't stop crying knowing I would be experimented on.

I wiped my tears before I entered home.

"What's wrong sweetie?" mom looked at me worriedly.

"I'm just tired" I smiled weakly.

"Okay I made pumpkin soup" she smiled.

"Yum" I joined her around the table.
