Chapter 25.
I had only been out for a few seconds, and when I woke it felt like complete chaos. People were pounding on Claytons chest, but he remained to stare directly at me. My father was breathing into his mouth, and wolves began to howl in the distance. Their Alpha had been killed. I had killed my brother.
I could hear the panic in my mothers voice, the trembles as she tried to figure out what to do. He was dead, everyone knew that. My father ceased his attempts at saving his life, Rylan had stopped pounding on his chest, breaking several bones in the process. I looked over at Fia and Sal, who were also laying lifeless on the ground. Their blood mixed with the hundreds of other people around me. I had killed the two people who had gotten me out of that facility.
"Get Penny out of here!" My father shouted, his eyes flickering as he tried to contain his wolf.
I had killed not only his Alpha, but also his son. My mother was looking at me the same way he was, murderous and vengeful. All the wolves that were in my pack were now beginning to grow closer to me. I had killed all the witches surrounding us, they didn't have to worry about being attacked again. They didn't care if I would kill them, because they didn't have a leader anymore.
"She can't go anywhere!" Lucian shouted, looking down at me as I tried to get up from the frozen lake. Everything and everyone was blurring past me, and I could hardly hear anything.
"London!" My mother gasped. "The baby, what about them?"
"We can't worry about them right now, we have to get Penelope to a place where she can't hurt anyone." My father paused. "Where no one will try to hurt her."
"We can't lock her up!" Lucian shouted. "Her being locked up is the cause of all of this in the first place."
I killed my brother.
"She can't go anywhere!" Rylan pointed out, looking at Clayton's drowned body. "The pack now wants to kill her! She's a rogue!"
I killed my brother.
"She'll have to stay in my pack." Lucian stated. "The only people there are the women and children, and they stay in bunkers during wartime. She'll be safe and so will they."
"You trust her with your pack?" My father shouted. "She is a mass murderer, I don't even trust her here, and she's my daughter!"
"And she's my mate, which means she goes wherever I go." Lucian looking down at me as I struggled more. My lungs felt like they were caving in on myself.
"You're being stupid." My father turned away from me, but I still caught the tear that had fallen down his face.
"Come on Penny." Lucian picked me up, his hands quickly being coated by the blood that still coated my body.
I killed my brother.

I felt numb.
I didn't have anything else to describe how I felt. Everything in the world didn't feel real to me. I felt like I wasn't even in my body. I felt foreign, like I didn't belong. I didn't belong anywhere except that facility. Now, after everything, I deserve to go back there and live there for the rest of my life. I deserve to stay as a prisoneer to my people, making their lives better as mine gets worse. I deserve to be the Moon Goddess and be chained to a millennium of misery.
