Chapter 6: Jake and I, Me and Jake

Jake's POV

Zoe, now that you know about, the ermm, enchantments, I think something must be done. You...you...you...need to TAKE the chest WITH YOU! Right now Zoe is just looking at me, like I am crazy.

Zoe's POV

.....what? You are giving me the enchanted tools? Wow thank you! How did you make these tools so, perfect? How did you make it sparkle pink, how did you make the sword so powerful, how did you do- I got interrupted right before I asked another question. He gave me a golden apple, but it was hard to accept because a golden apple is something given to a woman who has your heart. I told him thank you, but that I didn't like him like that...I mean I met him yesterday!

"Zoe, I love you," explained Jake.

"But Jake, I am only 16, and I met you yesterday...I don't know very much about love, and I can't trust anyone right now. I am going through a bunch of weird things right now. I just don't know if I am ready right now. I mean, if you help me investigate who keeps on terrorizing the villages, I will marry you," I said with a couple tears in my eyes.

"Zoe, I will do anything to be with you, I will swim through lava to save you, I will take an arrow to the head for you, and I will definitely help you find the person who is terrorizing the villages. I...Will," Said Jake, as he wiped my eyes.

Jake's POV

You can stay at my house, and we can use my tools, and plus I have a lot of knowledge that we can use to uncover the criminal. Zoe, I love you!

Joe (Zoe's dad) POV

Right now I am feeding Lucky, our pet dog because I haven't seen Zoe. I love her to death and I hope she is safe. At least she has her bow and arrows. She is surely OK. I guess I will just go to sleep, it's getting late.

Zoe's POV

Jake, is it OK if I stay here tonight? Jake? I looked outside to see him fighting mobs. I guess I will just go to sleep.
