1.) Search up "textures tumblr" on google. Get a few that you like.
2.) Go to picsart, hit edit, and pick your base photo. Crop it to a square.

3.) Click on add photo and choose one of your other photos. Play around with the blends.

5.) Search up a character transparent, then smack their face on this square
