Start with your standard white background, then texture it however you please.

Once you're happy with your texture, go to effects.

Expanding the menu in the bottom left, go to "distort," choose "mirror," and choose "vertical." (Effect settings can be accessed by tapping on the effect box again. Picsart should tell you what to do.) Save.

Add your subject under "add image, t"hen head to phonto and apply your text!
